They are the worst letting agent I’ve ever come across in 15 years of renting.
I was unable to shut a window for months, when I finally complained that they had ignored me and left a bad review, a very rude man called Jas rang me and essentially had a go at me for lying about a pet a year prior, which they had already increased my rent for.
They ignore every email, they ignored my notice.
I am now trying to get my deposit back, it’s been over a month and they have ignored the request through the scheme, meaning I now have to get a solicitor to witness a declaration to attempt to get this back.
I have never known anyone as slack as this lot.

I have had an overall experience with Martin & Co for about 1 year, they are quite professional, and on point.

There is a representative by the name of Leah, she is the best agent I ever encountered over the years. Caring, always answering your issues, and doing her very best to assist and resolve whatever query you might have.

And fair, most importantly, fair, they will make sure everything goes smoothly, and both landlord and property renter or buyer are satisfied with the overall experience.

I give 5 stars with pride to this agency, as it is truly a professional, caring, and top-service type of agency.
