The initial item I ordered was the wrong fit and the vendor worked with me to get all my information for a replacement. They replaced the product without any additional costs. The employee was very kind and respectful and responsive. The pricing is very reasonable and shipping is free
The item I ordered for my X1 doesn’t fit. It’s basically just a hunk of plastic junk. Shipping was fine but very disappointed that the item didn’t fit.

The product I ordered was a phone mount for a Nissan. It was not as shown as in the pictures online, the quality was very poor for the price they were asking and in addition to that the product was shipped from China and took quite a while to arrive. I reached out to them with my complaint since it absolutely didn’t meet my expectations and they were just gaining time and never came up with a solution to solve the problem.
I would never order from them again
