Attention! fraud ! The customer service refused to take back the completely new dress. They claim that it’s under “sale” category and not returnable. It’s not marked as sale on their website. The email exchange is really poor! They are totally unprofessional and not at all customer oriented. Now I have a dress which is not fitting and lost a lot of money! The product quality is poor and not as expected. Please do NOT buy from this shop!
