The worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been waiting since 2020 for parts Scott refuses to send them to me. He purposely sent me the wrong part which was a remote control. It was packaged very carefully and sent back. He claims it was broken. He never provided any pictures. It was just a scam on his part. I truly believe he just sent it on purpose, knowing I would send it back, and this is a way to get out of repairing motherboard and several other items that this chair needs Scott is a big liar. He has the system down on how to screw over customers. I wish I could give him less than a one star review better business should do something about , this company’s actions believe me I am not the only one buy a chair from him. Have an issue get the Vaseline out because you will need it buyers beware

On Feb. 4. 2021, Massage Chairs For Less convinced 81 year old, widowed, disabled great grandmother who lives alone to buy a massage chair to help with her mobility issues.
Total invoice cost of $4399.98 included a $200.00 charge for "white glove" in house delivery and set up.
When chair arrived by freight truck, driver stated no in home delivery was available, large boxes containing chair would be dropped on sidewalk of a busy street. I believed the only option was to refuse delivery to the sidewalk.
Multiple calls to Massage Chairs For Less requesting refund of invoice amount less shipping charge of $199.99 have been refused. Owner states his contract includes storage charges and penalties that exceed the cost of the chair, so no refund.
Now, it is Dec. 2021, and still no refund. Keep the money and the chair? There is a word for that sort of behavior...
