We've had our Porta Lite Massage bed for a few years now, it has proved to be the best thing we've bought for our work, the PORTA LITE is strong and versatile and our clients love how comfortable it as they receive their treatment. The Massage Warehouse company were knowledgeable and friendly Even after outside of warranty, the Customer service is spot on (cheers Chris)

I ordered a massage table that was unfortunately a bit too heavy for me so had to return it and purchase a lighter weight one. However, the table itself was lovely and great quality so it was a shame to have to return it. Massage warehouse were really helpful with the return and helped me choose a lighter weight option. Chris who I spoke to was super helpful and I would go back to them for any other bits I need in the future.

I started my journey as a therapist in 2017 and went out to work as a mobile therapist in 2018 and I decided I would make the best investment I could and the best table I could find and since I practice massage therapy and reflexology I needed a table where the back could be adjusted so the clients can sit up! The guide on the website was so good that I was immediately able to determine exactly which kind of table I would need for my mobile therapy needs and for the kind of practice that I have! There was a slight glitch when I went to pay as the payment went to accidentally twice but I called them in the morning and it was immediately resolved and that’s when I found out how incredible and easily accessible the customer service team is at Massage Warehouse!

I bought my table, the Earthworks Touch Plus from massage warehouse (which in my opinion is the best possible table that you can have for mobile therapy because although it is slightly heavier than the Portalite options it is the most luxurious table ) because I work with pregnant women ….there isn’t anybody in the last eight years who hasn’t got on that table and just let out a beautiful long sigh of relief because it is unbelievably Comfortable and wide which is hard to come by in a table.

If you have any doubts about where to get your massage equipment from and if you really want to present yourself as a true professional, especially if you are like me a mobile therapist who is working on a platform where your reviews determine whether your work that week or not I would strongly strongly advise that you use Massage Warehouse and let them help you whether on the website or whether by calling up customer services to absolutely nail exactly what kind of table you will need exactly the service that you will provide And you couldn’t possibly find anywhere better to kick yourself out with atruly professional grade equipment

Also any time any part of my equipment has needed replacing which to be fair does happen every couple of years because of them insane amount of mobile therapy sessions I do every day every week every year that table does get a fair bit of used to be honest so occasionally if something does need replacing they sent out immediately so you can go straight back to work ….that table has lasted me eight years for a reason without having to be replaced and it’s because of the excellent customer service that that is the case.

I would 100% recommend Massage Warehouse to any therapist.
Customer services are helpful and efficient at sorting out problems .
I would definitely buy other products from them .

I bought the Porta-Lite Delta 2 back in September 2020, and I've been really happy with it. It still performs like new.
What really sets this table apart is the comfort. It’s noticeably wider than a lot of other portable options, and the cushioning is just perfect.
As a practitioner who travels, the Delta 2 is brilliant because it's both incredibly light for transport and rock-stable once it’s set up.
After all this time, the wear and tear has been minimal. The only minor things I’ve had to address are the small parts that naturally see heavy friction: I’ve replaced the rubber feet about twice over the years (pretty standard for a busy table), and the velcro stickers that hold the head cradle cushion in place have started to wear out.
These are tiny cosmetic fixes, though. Functionally, the frame, cables, and height adjustments are still working perfectly. If you need a reliable, genuinely comfortable, and easy-to-carry massage table, I can highly recommend the Porta-Lite Delta 2!

I’ve bought my first professional massage table from Massage Warehouse and that was the best choice.
Even after 3 years my massage bed is in excellent condition.

I bought a massage bed back in May 2023. It has been perfect for my needs and easy to transport when visiting clients. Unfortunately the clip that holds the bed together has broken, I got in touch with customer support, they speedily replied and new clip is now on its way
