I purchased masscob navy pullover size…

I purchased masscob navy pullover size m in December from Beautiful South in Rathmines. Dublin, IRELAND. I paid €250 for the pullover and I have the receipt.

I followed the care instructions on washing the item and to my dismay it has shrunk.I would be obliged for your comments on this as to pay €250 for an item, wear it approx 2 times and followed the care instructions only to not be able to wear the item as its too small is not ideal.

I contacted Beautiful South (place of purchase) on 10th January last regarding this and they advised to go to a dry cleaners with an item that requires washing!

This is the email I sent to Masscob. I got an acknowledgement 10 days ago but nothing since after 3 attempts to contact them. Maybe they don't care about the customer or maybe shrinkage is what is to be expected having spent €250 but at least I would have liked a proper response and not something computer generated.
Im giving them 2 * because at least they responded. Am I being too generous?
