Product arrived broken and customer service was abysmal.
Every interaction I have had with this company was awful. They sent me out my product (massdrop x Sennheiser pc37x headset) and the product was faulty. Got in contact for a replacement and they shipped one out, however they hadn't paid for the shipping charge so I never received it due to an expense (the shipping charge) I simply couldn't afford to pay. They didn't help with this at all, they didn't offer a refund and I only got one after demanding one. Would definitely avoid ordering Massdrop exclusive products from them if I were you. Can't speak on the customer service for the individual sellers on there but from Drop themselves it was awful.
The worst buying experience you'll ever have, guaranteed!
Paid for the drop on an akko keyboard, estimated ship date was October. It has been delayed silently multiple times and currently set for December 4th. Unacceptable lack of communication in delays. Unacceptable delays in the first place. Keyboard is now available for retail purchase from multiple resellers
This has consistently been my experience with Massdrop (now "drop") where you pay for a drop and it gets delayed to eternity. DO. NOT. USE. DROP. They suck.
Expensive products with bad support
Expensive products with bad support. Stay away. Small screw broke in my $350 headphones and they absolutely refused to help, couldn't even direct me to a parts dealer. Takes no responsibility and has a whole bunch of specialty items with difficult to service parts. Nightmare
Bad customer support
Bad customer support, takes ages to respond and only one year warranty for manufacturing mistake. If possible buy your product from a different shop

Good luck returning or cancelling an order. They would not respond or cooperate!
On the whole happy with the products/service
I have ordered a couple of watches and pairs of headphones off Drop over the last 12m. The prices are basically the same in £ as the $ price because you end up paying import duties and customs handling fees for most goods but even taking this into account you can get some good deals. Not everything is dispatched on order so you have to be careful to check the delivery dates before you order but they do make this very clear. They offer some own branded collaborated items which are actually quite good value and decent quality too. Also, if you change your mind before dispatch you can easily cancel your order.
They used to be okay, now terrible
They used to be okay, now they don't ship, lie about it, ignore emails etc. They won't return emails or call you, I still have orders pending, but that will likely be it. There are too many other options out there that actually provide customer service. You will actually get better customer service from some Chinese company you never heard of than Drop, formally Massdrop. Should rename themselves again to massive disappointment
DON’T BUY FROM THEM
DON’T BUY FROM THEM . My order still never arrive since Jun 17 if it was on camel we’ll arrive faster lost of money :(
Take note of the unhappy experiences of others.
Take note of the unhappy experiences those of us who have dealt with this outfit DROP.
I did place one order. Then I looked at another product online, but didn't wish to, or intend, to order - I was just curious. Nevertheless the item was transferred to my basket.
I tried many times to delete it but Failed. It was impossible. I protested to DROP who just fobbed my protest off. Poor souls, perhaps they were too tired or didn't know how to cancel.
The next day I managed to cancel.
BUT, what happened next? Even after the cancellation was confirmed, DROP took payment from my VISA card.
I was incensed. Email after Eamil was fobbed off.
In the end I reported the matter to my bank and even cancelled my initial order, the one I had intended to buy - Sennheiser headphones.
I decided DROP were not trustworthy and I advise any potential customer to beware.
Because I doggedly fought DROP, I can write this review without concern, in the end I got my refund and will never return to DROP.
I went directly to Sennheiser instead.
PLEASE BEWARE.
HORRIBLE SUPPORT TEAM
Not only did they take their time responding while my friend who had the same inquiry got his inquiry 9 DAYS SOONER.
On top of that they had no sympathy to their intentional buyers at ALL. Perhaps it was the certain support member, regardless, they don't mention the hidden fees and nor does their engineering team REPLY in a timely manner regarding a defective product which cuts into the 30day window of returns and exchanges.

Well done....Great communication ( I complain a lot) and even though GOSSAMER GEAR. ZPACKS, TARPTENT, GARAGE GROWN GEAR all FAILED to get my PO # on the shipping label, They never check the label once they hit PRINT,....DROP.COM....GOT IT RIGHT the 1st time......EBAY never has a problem but Backpacking companies except for DROP screw the pooch. Crystal put up with my theatrics, as I live in Mexico with a US address and I am now an official DROP fan plus I LOVE Crystal for her kindness and blazing fast email replies......very kind and professional. WELL DONE. Trail name 'Heart Failure".....(Yes) still did a 150 miles last year in 10 days.

Refused to cancel order three weeks before shipping.
They will ship, I will return and be charged restocking fee.
Scam!
Do not buy from them
Terrible company with terrible customer service.
Terrible company with terrible customer service. Ordered a product, waited several months for it to be delivered and they shipped me the wrong product (should have just paid 10 bucks more and ordered it from Amazon). Offered a pittance for partial refund for an overpriced product or the option to ship back at my own expense for a "full" refund. Was never given the option to get a replacement which they ultimately sent out after significant community complaints because my case was already resolved. No doubt they waited until most people took partial refunds to offer sending replacements. When I brought this up they said there was nothing they could do about it. Screw these scammers.
Same as everyone else crap service and almost didn't get my product.
Soo like everyone else has said. Drop it massdrop has I was lead to believe is a terrible site and company. I did get my sunglasses for my twin and I,but I gave my twin the none scratched pair. Both pairs looked like they had been shipped with a Brillo pad. Minor scratches on the frames and major damage on my pair. A deep gouge on both lens. But before that it took almost a month to get an confirmation email and it took almost 2 months to get the glasses that came from France. I'm all the way in the United States.
I ordered a pair of headphones that I…
I ordered a pair of headphones that I paid extra to get them shipped within 4 days, and I was supposed to get a tracking number by 5/17. I still haven't heard anything from them. Evidently this is due to COVID, but if that's the case then they shouldn't even have the option to pay for faster shipping right now.
Poor Poor Customer Support and a Manufacturer's Warranty which is Not Really There
First of all I have been a customer of Drop.com since it first began as MassDrop.com. Before it "transitioned" to just drop.com, MassDrop provided quite a few very good drops for their customers. It was usually high quality products at very good pricing. The only downside was their shipping was hit or miss. I had quite a few products just disappear, but always had my money refunded, slowly, but finally refunded.
But the reason for this bad review was my latest foray with drop.com. I purchased two AKRacing Computer chairs from massdrop.com. They advertised actual AKRacing logo that showed the chairs would be coming with genuine AKRacing 5-year chair/10-year frame warranty. AKRacing chairs are a fantastic product since the day they went into business. So, how could I fail....great product, fantastic pricing, manufacturer's warranty guaranteed.
So, after two years, one of my armrest pads started cracking, to the point of it affecting the comfort of my left arm. Since the chair had manufacturer's warranty, or so the drop said it did, I contacted AKRacing to get the armrest pad replaced. Their support website indicated quite noticeably that chairs purchased through drop.com, massdrop.com and a couple other retailers that all warranty work must be handled by those companies, and not by the end-customers. This policy was put into place because of the customer support that the companies were supposed to have provided in return for the lower pricing.
I then used drop.com's automated email support request system to request warranty support, sent pictures of the drop showing manufacturer's warranty was included, one that showed AKRacing's policy concerning drop.com, and pictures of my chair and the cracked armrest. Considering drop.com's slow and interminable customer support, I finally heard back from a customer support agent named David. Bottom line: he offered me $20 to get lost. After several email exchanges, he did in fact admit that there was an AKRacing warranty provided, but drop.com didn't want to do anything to help their customers. He even upped the offer to $40. So I had to do everything..purchase the replacement pad from AKRacing and affect the fix. But this does not bode well for the remaining 3 years warranty on the chair and the 8 years on the frame.
Luckily, I also contacted AKRacing. Told them my problem, and actually they took pity on me and decided to help me anyway, even though drop.com was responsible to do so. I sent them a picture of the cracked armrest pad, the bottom to see if it was a model that the pad alone could be replaced, and they immediately stuck a replacement in the mail overnight. They also gave me a hearty apology for me having been inconvenienced.
I just wanted everyone to know, even though drop.com "SAYS" it provides a manufacturer's warranty with most drops, it also means that in return for the lower pricing, drop.com must initiate warranty service for the end-user. Well they do not...they try to get rid of you with a pittance of a "payoff" to get lost.
AKRacing is a great company and stands behind their products, even those sold by drop.com.
Never, never get a product from drop.com if you anticipate having to have some type of customer support service provided by drop.com. It will not happen.
Look at Amazon first, and even for a few dollars more, get the product faster, more reliably, and you always have Amazon standing behind whatever is sold on their website.
Bought a product from them
Bought a product from them. After 6 weeks it still hasn't arrived. I wouldn't bother. $125 down the drain. Customer service don't care.
Poor/Almost nonexistent Mass(drop) customer service
Ordered Mass Sennheiser 6xx on 4/8/20. Website indicated ship within 2 Days. On 4/10 when i checked the order their website indicated ship date 4/9. I sent email 4/10 when there was still no shipping info posted. My email from 4/10 was finally answered but after 2-3 back and forth emails I was passed off to another support person - Cheyenne When i checked the next week there was still no shipping info which was provided on 4/14 after 1-2 emails between Cheyenne and myself - cause and effect or just coincidence? She happened to be great at first. Received phones on 4/17.
Background:
I have a Schitt magni 3+ a pair of old AKG 240 Monitor headphones - 600 ohm impedance - sensitivity perhaps 88-90dB, a pair of Bose QC 25 noise cancelling phones used only for travel and a pair of Sennheiser 599se Amazon version.
The 6xx seem very bass shy compared with the 599se.
Herein is the problem- I e-mailed Cheyenne thru drop order problem tab and subsequently drop support 4/23, 4/24, 4/25 and 4/27 - NO REPLY to any of these emails.
Had I read these reviews, I would not have purchased a Drop sourced product.
Only recourse now through disputed charge - I’’m glad I used AMEX.
BUYER BEWARE !!!
FOLLOW UP: Massdrop customer service representative emailed me on 4/29. They are standing behind their return policy. The issue is still the same though- their website claims 2 day shipping with a covid caveat instead of giving a realistic ship date. Upped rating to a 2 instead of a 1.
Scam company
Genuinely terrible company
Genuinely terrible company, so bad that they may be classed as real scammers. If you read this, just don't buy anything from them, ever. Massdrop (or "Drop") is the first company I've actually had money stolen from (as in they won't return £55 (inc. delivery) I paid for a product I never received).
