Very easy to work with. Answered all questions and communicated great. Fast shipping. Good quality tent frame. Our first event actually had severe overnight winds and several vendor tents were sent flying (ours as well but ours stayed in tact. Other vendors with other frames unfortunately had their frames bent or completely snapped. Greatful our frame was strong enough to withstand the damaging winds

Not happy-Ordered 2- both missing pieces
I ordered 2 of the 10x30 canopies and both were missing pieces so I could not use either for the event and it rained, which is the reason I purchased the canopy so visitors would stay dry while eating.

Awsome customer service.
Our canopy was about a year and a half old. Just the top tarp was not available via WayFair or Amazon. We got a replacement from Master Canopy from half way around the world in less than two weeks.

I ordered a replacement tarp and it came in damaged. I contacted them via email and they answered back right away and I provided the pictures the invoice and everything and I still have not gotten any response to replace the damaged product. I won’t buy from them again.

Can't get a single person to call or email me...keep getting generated emails which are not helpful. No true customer service noted with this company. Still haven't received any notice as to when canopy will be delivered and ordered over a month ago!!
