Contacted Mastermend to repair a broken dishwasher door and from start to finish excellent customer service, really professional. Tom is a credit to the company, really polite, efficient and knowledgeable and he kept in touch with text updates for the broken item as it was a special part and had to be ordered and took some time. Top class, cannot recommend highly enough
As a fellow local business owner, I can't recommend Tom at Mastermend highly enough. I booked the slot using the online booking form and Tom called me an hour before he was due to arrive to see if he wouldn't mind me coming around earlier. He cares about what he does, he is impeccably professional and he managed to fix my oven on the first visit within 30 minutes. He had the part on his van stock, so there was no waiting around for him to go to the supplier and get it. His pricing is transparent and he's a nice guy. Superb. Thanks

We called on mastermend to install our fully integrated dishwasher after John Lewis told us they could not remove the old one. One of their engineers came out and had the job done within an hour at our convenience. Great service, would definitely recommend!
