I had ordered for a dyson airwrap this Christmas, the ordered was not delivered as matas ran out of stock. They offered complete refund but I insisted on the product as it was a Christmas gift to my wife.

The customer support took the initiative to ensure I get options(colours available )to choose from and ensured it's delivered before Christmas.

Delivery was fast but the product in itself is not as I thought.

A bit disappointed I must say.

I would like to return it but I dont have the return label and I have no print or digital tools.

I ordered 2 things, one was delivered the next day (amazing!) And the other was delivered after 3 days, but to a diffrent place, which i find wiered, but didnt think much of it.
All in all, a good experiance

Long time to receive my package because of the damage.

The butik assistent was very friendly and helpful. And we were able to solve the issue of shipping. It was very fast, free of charge and reliable! I recommend Matas shopping and shipping. I am a very satisfied customer.

I have rosacea and very sensitive skin, and the Matas No Perfume skincare line has been a game-changer. It works far better than other skincare brands I’ve tried, and I highly recommend it. (Please ignore the date, I've been using this stuff for well over three years, love it)

I made an online Matas order (for a large amount of money) on the 8th of August for DAO to send to my private address.

I received a text message, from DAO stating that they don't deliver to my address. I wrote DAO asking for details about this, and they just don't deliver here, it's a new building. So the package was taken to a pakkeshop in a different town, which is actually a 30 minute commute from where I am.

Ok, no problem, mistakes happen.
I asked Matas to re-route the package back to the nearest Matas shop so I can pick up my things there. They refused. Saying that DAO attempted to deliver the items and I wasn't home.

Now here's the problem...that's not true, and I don't respect or appreciate saying that the items not arriving is my fault.

It's in writing from DAO that's not accurate, as well as the fact that I signed for a package from GLS that same day, and was working from home then, as I usually do. Oh, I also have an electronic door bell that records all the 'rings' when I get them etc.

So, Matas has come back with incorrect information and refuses to help remedy this issue. An issue, which is really between them and DAO.

Their only solution was for me to 'wait' for the packages to be returned to them, file another claim and wait for a refund.

The amount of work I've put in, trying to be understanding, write emails, and get this solved is not worth my time. I'm acting as a customer AND customer service representative trying to get DAO and Matas to deliver a package correctly based on the terms and agreements I had on the Matas website during purchase...

I'm never shopping with them again. This is bad business, and there's plenty of other webshops that have actual helpful customer service. Particularly as I've been so understanding of the mistake in the firstplace.

Matas does not offer refunds for returned supplements, even in cases where the products have caused obvious side effects. The quality of Matas supplements seems to be very low, raising safety concerns.
