Absolutely disappointed with the old…

Absolutely disappointed with the old lady behaviour....I heard that she use to be a teacher 😕...she should let other employees to deal with people as she is worst with customer service.

Arrived at 11 fir a class booked at 11.30. Firstly she looked at us and she shouted 11.30 and I approved. Later at 11.40 she turned around to say that our time has passed as it was at 11.00. I have explained nicely that we were there since 11.00 and the 1h canter supposed to start at 11.30. She just left without saying anything.
10 min later came back and she put us on a horses but she refused to let me go canter as I am a beginner.
However, I did explain that if at any point I will feel unsafe I will let the lead lady know.
During the 40-45 min only walking no cantering at all, the lead lady hasn't checked on me and my friend at all. I have tried to speak with her and she refused to look at me. I felt very bad as I thought my accent is very bad ....which cannot be the case as I have graduated University and working for a big company since I came to the UK.
Important to mention this was not the first time when we have been "greated" with the rude attitude from the old lady!

After today class I went to thank her and she turned around and pretend cannot hear me. Manners my dear that should be your visit card!

To conclude, I definitely NOT recommend this place! It might be cheaper but the old lady behaviour is atrocious and I cannot stand her especially that I am paying ( I am working hard for my money too).

disappointed it’s look scam

Very disappointed it’s look scam! I bought 2 tickets in 4 January and till now nobody answer on the phone I call many many time and always “old fashion women voice” repeat same, that she call back! Never happen! I find in Instagram I’m wrote letter, nobody read nobody call. It’s stolen the money from people! Be careful with this company! I’m offer never buy from them! Has no humanity!

Poor Communication I Hope They Will Change

Unfortunately I bought a Groupon voucher for me and my partner to attend a 2 hour session at this riding centre. I followed the instructions and left a message on the voicemail of the number providing them with my number.

I didn't hear anything after a week so I called and left another message. I called back again and again and no response until the answering machine started saying that the mailbox was full and couldn't leave any more messages.

It has been a few weeks now and I'm giving up. Not only did they advertise something that they couldn't offer but they didn't have the courtesy to tell me that they couldn't offer it.

I understand the owners may be a small company but if you're that busy you can afford to pay someone to manage your business calls. I suggest you pay £66 a month to Call Agents UK or a similar service and get someone to manage your calls.

I'm not angry, more disappointed because I was really looking forward to it and now I don't know where I stand at all. You could even use Facebook page manager to accept bookings so people can book themselves into the centre.

If these measures are taken and they decide to get in touch I'll be happy to adjust my review to indicate such as I'm sure none of this is intentional.
