Matchy Dressage is a fantastic company for all of your equestrian fashion needs. They stock top brands such as Pikeur, Eskadron and Equestrian Stockholm and have their own high quality, handmade browbands. I particularly love my latest order which includes the new season Eskadron. My parcel arrived well packaged and very quickly. I honestly can't fault this company, they always go above and beyond and show care with every order.

I ordered custom-made headband and paid a significant amount for international shipping, only to be hit with even higher than expected customs fees upon arrival. The post office advised me to refuse the package and return it to the sender, but the seller claims—incorrectly—that customs “destroy” refused packages, and uses this as a reason not to issue refunds for international returns!!

On top of that, the colour did not match the photos at all and exchange would require me to pay for return shipping, a £25 'exchange fee' to the seller, and another €50 in customs fees for the replacement. They essentially force you to keep the wrong item or pay double the original price to fix their mistake. That would total to about 200eu for one headband. Crazy

Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend purchasing from abroad.

Amazing customer service, they were very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend MatchyDressage! Can’t wait for my goods to arrive.

I was skeptical of shipping costs, since I live in another country to the seller, but was pleasantly amazed with the great prices along with very reasonable shipping costs. Customer service is wonderful, and the seller is easily contactable and very willing to answer and questions. I love how the seller offers matchy sets as a bundle-which is more cost effective than purchasing the pad + coordinating leg protection. I have shopped multiple times at Matchy Dressage, and look forward to my next purchase.
