I’ve been working with MakeDropShippingService for about a month and decided to place a bulk order ahead of Black Friday, hoping to build a long-term partnership. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

They repeatedly failed to follow through on their promises, caused ongoing shipping delays, and made fulfillment far more difficult than it should be. Communication became increasingly poor, and eventually the agent I was working with stopped responding entirely and blocked my number.

As a result, I now have customers who never received their orders, and I’ve been forced to issue refunds out of pocket, leading to significant financial losses. There has been no resolution, no accountability, and no support from their team.

I’ve tried reaching out to customer service through multiple channels with no response whatsoever.

This has been a bulk order completely wasted with zero assistance from the company. I would not recommend MakeDropShippingService to any business owner who values reliability, communication, or accountability.

They gave fake tracking numbers, customers complained about not getting their orders, this company is a big fraud.
They contacted me to delete my review to get a refund , they ghosted me after that and gave me nothing !
Avoid at all costs

Andy was a sales agent for another big dropshipping company before he came to Mate and I followed him here. I really like Andy's service and the prices he offers me, he always knows what I need. A good agent is important and I believe we will always work together. His team is great and he is also a good team leader, I wish him all the best.

I lost a lot of money from them, they put many tracking number but fake, and causing many issues, that is horrible!

Its a best and fast platform for any drop shippers i highly Recommend it to anyone who is starting dropshipping or looking for reliable supplier, and especially the customers service is amazing i have great experience wiht my agent Lee, thank Lee for this amazing and helpful support.

Scammers gave me fake tracking codes, customers didn’t receive orders, they told me they will send orders to customers if I delete my review, i got no refund or solution for 5 months.
Worst service !dont try!

Mate Dropshipping is a massive platform of a variety of products and I have had a good experience using this platform. Lee did an excellent job helping me with my enquiry and his turn around time was quick and efficient.

Mate dropshiping is a very great platform for dropshipers to get their products sourced and supplied to them. As an upcoming dropshiper, I'm glad to have met mate and we are going to work together for a long time!
