Avoid this business as it sells out of date items and doesn't reply when contacted ime just glad I used PayPal to purchase

They apporached me with an offer 86 percent 5kg tub protien powder,55 pound,s it was a 20 pound saving i bought it they sent 46 percent protien powder and said prove with photographic proof we offered you anthing else,i never bought protein content that low ,dont try and phone them it cost 63 pence per minute and it says the line is closed i hope he rots in HELL.

Terrible. Order never arrived and the customer service team are just rubbish.

Avoid this is the worst customer service i have ever seen
I received my item smashed and all Powder up into the packaging box
I had to write to them for 3 days to reply after sending pictures they proposed 30% refund from the original price or to manage to send them the item back for investigation in order to replace it
This was really the worst customer service the time i am not going to consume an opened nutrition item as it is risky

Love your products, just hope that you start selling the protein flapjack bars again 🤞

Has something happened to the company. Iv not used for over a year... tried to log in to my account and apparently my email doesn't exist. And I had over 35 pound of points to use... well pi###d off to be honest. As I'd used this company for like 4yr plus

Absolute joke of a company, the product I brought from them was clearly dodgy but they won’t listen to my issue and won’t issue me a refund or an exchange

I've never had an issue with Matrix.
Delivery really fast.
Product top quality.
Price reasonable.
Overall I'm really happy.

Matrix vanilla tastes good and creamy but the effects are not as good as other brands
Also I cannot get vanilla at the moment, all suppliers including Matrix have sold out, not sure why as it's not very good. Prices keep going up by some supplier's as they know there is a shortage, exploitation of customers
Poor show Matrix

I had three orders from Matrix, all have arrived within 2-3 days. Maybe I got lucky? In terms of product I have tried whey, anabolic gold and diet whey. Strawberry is the way to go. I currently have chocolate and it's not really go much flavour. I had stomach issues with the anabolic gold. I would agree with the reviewers who say the quality is lacking. My progress has slowed since I swapped from other brands. Unsure if this is due to winter and gyms being closed but I do think you can get better proteins. Fine if your just starting out but I would advise once you want to step up to seek better quality products.

Prices seemed decent to me but the customer service and quality of products is poor.
I've bought several items from proteins to supplements to electronic goods and they are sub-par. The muscle toning systems don't work, even with a new battery.
Customer service is appalling.
Would not recommended this supplier.

When it comes too sport nutrition, we want too know we are consuming high quality products. Unfortunately matrix cuts many corners and whilst claiming they’re supplements are high quality, they simple are not. They are mass produced by a third party using cheap ingredients, plenty of fillers and with no transparent ingredient profile you never know just how much of each ingredient you are actually consuming. On their website they claim too produce all their products “in-house at their state of the art facility”... this is an outright lie. They do not have their own manufacturing plant.

I shopped with matrix for years when I first got interested in sports fitness, but it’s only when you decide shop elsewhere that you realise their products are extremely substandard, poor and old fashioned. They’re still selling the same products they were over 5 years ago with absolutely no new additions since. There products are extremely basic with poor flavour choices and cheap ingredients.

Practically all their proteins include “soya protein” which is a universally known cheap protein which is not actually good for the human body, however matrix use this in their proteins too boost and the brag about protein content. When I took matrix proteins I had horrible digestion of the product yet whenever I use a different brand I am absolutely fine. This is just an example and proof of their low quality products.

I for one will not recommend shopping here, pay the little bit extra and shop elsewhere who don’t fill their products with cheap ingredients, have good flavour choice and actually improve their products with customer feedback, something matrix never does. Their products are outdated, cheap ingredients, poor nutritional profile, rancid flavours. Don’t be lured in by their prices/website reviews from people who don’t know any better, purchase literally anywhere else & from a more trusted brand and you will see and feel the difference. Stay away from matrix.

Been buying protein for years and its probably the worst protein I have ever had. So gritty and nasty taste. Makes you feel like throwing up after.

I’ve been training for nearly 10 years now and always used a well named protein, used this matrix stuff for a few months and it made me feel sick every time I had some, lost some weight and shape too for those few months. I then went back to the more expensive stuff and happy days. Back up again. Guess it’s true the old saying, you get what you pay for in this life.

My order did arrive late however it is Christmas so i did expect delays. Spoke to Claire from the customer service team and was very helpful and also got her colleague Rachael to call me back who was also very helpful. There Customer service contact centre is one of the best which lead me to not chase and she was helpful from the beginning to the end.

I had been a loyal customer for a long time, bought countless, product's, the time I get a bad batch ( Tornado ) customer service calls me a lier, didn't even want the product back for testing, would not replace the bad product, even though it was in the 30 day period, I would avoid this company, it is purley money motivated, one more thing, I'm investigating if anyone has won the snap your stack monthly competition, as I believe it's a marketing ploy and has no winners.

Ordered and paid for next working day delivery still waiting, raised it with PayPal for them then to add tracking this company are nothing but con-artists and will not be using them again

I've been ordering from here for a good few years now. Always had a delivery within 2 days. Ordered a bundle last week, was a few days late and i was getting impatient. Spoke to Emma in customer service. She said i would have it tomorrow or the day after. She was true to her word. Being a day or two late won't stop me ordering again. Plus the protien tastes great.
