Really Good Quality Mats & Service
Very easy process to get a custom order in. There was a slight issue along the way, however, customer service were polite to deal with and sorted out the error.
I was very pleased with the quality of the printed door mat we received.

Delivery was a fiasco
Delivery was a fiasco. First the tracking number displayed a time and day (10 days after my order) and on that day this information disappeared but no e mail or any contact was made by UPS to tell me that delivery had been cancelled. Original delivery was on a Friday - Mats Nationwide said they could not help - and that new delivery information would be provided on Monday. Again no information was available until late in the day on Monday when checking the tracking number again it said item had been delivered. As I was away on the Monday for 4 days I had wanted to change my delivery date but as no contact was made this was not possible. I then had to arrange for a neighbour to go and collect the mat as it was just left leaning on my front door so visible to everyone. If I had not continually checked what was going on I would not have known what had happened. Would not recommend.

I can see looking through all correspondence, that my colleague got straight back to you immediately after each email you sent, providing honest and clear updates to the best of our knowledge. I cannot see any email which suggests that we cannot help?
We are sorry that you feel the need to reflect the poor UPS service onto our review platform and of course we are following up this problem with UPS. However, in the vast majority of cases, UPS deliver on time and our customer feedback proves this.

This is the first time we have used this Company. From beginning to end they were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble with any questions I asked. The Mat arrived very quickly and was so well packaged. Would highly recommend Mats Nationwide. Will certainly use again.
