VDS Stuck on “Processing” for Days, No Support Response

Unfortunately, my experience with matt.net.tr has been terrible. To do anything inside the control panel, you’re required to verify your phone number, but the SMS codes never arrive no matter how many times you request them. As a result, I can’t even use the service.

On top of that, I ordered a VDS server and it has been stuck in “Processing” for two days with no progress or clear updates. I tried contacting support, but their support email inboxes don’t seem to work — I couldn’t get any response.

Overall, everything feels disorganized and unreliable. At this point it looks like a scam and I feel like I’ve wasted my money. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
