Claire

Clair taught us the basic coffee training on how to make different drinks such as latte’s and mocha’s and explained it all really well, feel quite confident making them now.

Amazing fun and informative day

Generally just an amazing day! We were very well taken care of and had all the help we could need!

Super engaging trainer able to cater to all skill levels and I felt included throughout despite coming in with very little experience and being in a group with those who currently work in our cafes as baristas!

Fantastic!

Dario was absolutely lovely. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the nuances. He was happy to answer all our questions and was very patient. Practical demonstration was so helpful. The hands-on practice was the cherry on top + he was very encouraging when we were all a bit afraid to commit to the pour haha, such a friendly personality too.
Great stuff!

SCA course with Gosia

I completed the SCA course with Gosia last week in London. The training was very well structured and I really enjoyed how the practical part were integrated with theoretical part, Gosia was supportive and attentive, giving extra explanations when needed. The Course was fun and relaxed and full of informations. During the practical exams I was very nervous but Gosia was super helpful and supportive and today I was able to complete the written exam and I passed! Thank you so much for the training, I learned a lot and I am so pleased I passed!
