I really enjoyed doing my barista training with Gosia! She was really nice and patient and made the training a very enjoyable day. I feel more confident in my coffee making now.

It was an interesting course, and taught well and made easy to understand. Things have changed since I last did a batista course so was a goof refresher

I recently completed the SCA Barista Professional course, and i have to say that Gosia is an exceptional teacher. She takes the time to brake down complex topics in a way that's easy to understand, making the learning process both engaging and enjoyable. Her passion for coffee is truly inspiring, and her depth of knowledge is remarkable. She created a fun and interactive environment that kept everyone motivated throughout the course. I highly recommended Gosia to anyone looking to enhance their barista skills.

It was great experience for us to learn basic things about how to make coffee. Angela was our trainer who taught us in deeply about coffee and how to use machines.

Angela was a great trainer. She patiently answered all our questions and showed us how to make good coffee as well.

Colin made my experience extremely enjoyable and easy to learn and understand during my time due to him working one on one with everyone breaking everything down. I can’t recommend him enough

Had a fantastic 3 days at Matthew Algie London training facilities! I’ve participated in SCA Barista Professional course led by AST Gosia Lendzioszek! Can’t say thank you enough how great it was! Very insightful and fun too! Very intense, loads of things to learn, but totally worth it! Theory was mixed up well with practical activities! And Gosia’s ability to exceptionally deliver all of it was just the cherry on top! Thank you so much!

Colin's training was excellent. I've been making coffees for many years now but I still learned many new things at his course. Very relaxed atmosphere which put everyone at ease.

Dario was very helpful with coffee training, excellent knowledge and very friendly.

What made the experience so good was Colin he has such a lovely manner to teach and explain the coffee and milk how to stretch it well worth a trip down.
