Easy to order from website, then I rang my local store. The mattress arrived on time. My criticism would be the sales person took my email details but spelled my name wrong, so didn't receive a confirmation email . I had to ring the store to check on this.

Mattress was delivered just within the time slot. We were kept informed with a couple of phone calls so we knew they were very busy on that day. Mattress was well packaged and self inflating. Overall very positive and we were pleased with the mattress and the delivery.

We received a great product when expected. A very speedy and efficient swap over with new mattress delivered and old one removed.

Our mattress had been recalled. Now to say this company were on the ball is an understatement. Letter was sent regarding the recall, went to the website I was directed to. Completed the form and within minutes I had a reply giving a link to each replacements I had choice by Hannah, she didn't mess about, because one I had replied with my choice Hannah placed the order and booked delivery for the 18th August, and I also received a mattress protector FoC.

Now these guys had it dropped on them from a great height but, they dealt with it quickly, professionally and with full commitment to their customers.
Certainly a company worth patronising, oh and the replacement mattress is really comfortable.

Our delivery men David & Ant were very efficient and made short work of removing the old mattress. It was delivery within 24hrs.

My Son’s mattress was recalled by the manufacturer and Mattressman could not have been better. We chose a replacement from the selection offered. Delivery was arranged for a convenient time. Ben & Brandon delivered on time and could not have been more friendly or helpful. A perfect experience from start to finish.

Excellent experience all round. Plenty of delivery updates and a call when they were 20 minutes away. Karl and his colleague were polite and helpful and took the time to fuss my dog which helped put him at ease. Can't recommend highly enough

My Comforcel mattress was recalled at very short notice. From the moment I contacted mattress man to the delivery of my new mattress was nothing short of wonderful. I was assisted over the phone by a lovely guy (cannot recall name) who went through the details of what to expect and help choosing a new mattress to replace the recalled one. I was given priority delivery, collection of old mattress from upstairs bedroom to new one in its place with 24 hours. I have also been in rolled to the sleep trial due to the short notice.
The delivery guys Brandon and Lee were friendly, efficient but most importantly professional. They had the old mattress out and new one in within ten minutes. Thanks guys!

Salesman in the shop was helpful and the Mattress we picked was the super king size gel topped Arthur which is very comfy.
However the delivery team let the side down! They didnt want to unpack and left all the packaging for us to get rid of ! When we was informed the would do everything
