I ordered a 60th birthday bracelet only…

I ordered a 60th birthday bracelet only for an 18th bracelet to arrive!!! I notified you as soon as I received incorrect gift and still no one has came back to me!!!

Such an amazing company

Such an amazing company. I purchase so many gifts for my loved ones from Maudes and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The personalised touch, all items are gift wrapped so beautifully and so much care taken into all their products. Thank you Maudes xxxxxxxxx

I bought a Joma bracelet for my niece's…

I bought a Joma bracelet for my niece's birthday. It was delivered to me with the presentation card that it comes on quite severely bent, also I paid extra for a gift bag - it only came in the standard Joma bag that all previous bracelets I have bought have come in (I've bought a lot!!), I was expecting a nice grey Maudes bag. A little bit disappointed.
