The clasp is ridiculous its impossible to put the watch on without the assistance Iof somebody else. I have complained but it seems to be falling on deaf ears. The metal clasp just rubs on your skin and is extremely uncomfortable

So this is a honest review, the delivery was quick no problems, the box and packaging was very good and felt luxury. The watch box and extra band was good quality, I dont have much complaints managed to take links out with tool provided. Only thing I found annoying was to change the band also to set it on the rubber because I like a tighter fit the clasp would grab my skin, other than that the watch is amazing if I was to add something would be a manual or even instructions rather than having to search online for answers. Other than that I was skeptical but for the price the quality the feel and look is worth it

Delivery was prompt. Which is always a bonus. But the biggest plus was the watch itself. Lovely. Looks far more expensive than it was . Very eye catching watch which attracts a lot of attention. Overall am extremely well pleased.

10/10 order and shipping. Watch arrived in a premium feeling box. The watch is lovely, exactly as described and works nicely, suiting most outfits with the trendy Tiffany blue look!

Product horribly of low quality. It says male watch, but it's like kids watch. I bought 2 watches, my first buy was ok, the last order, horrible.

Firstly I’d say the quality of the watch , the ease & quickness of placing & receiving the order . Everything in the box , so easy to shorten or change the straps from the bracelet strap to the rubber one . Had a few questions which were responded too very quickly, thanks for a fabulous looking watch at a good price!😎

Lovely watch,great presentation box,and a good price for a automatic watch.only problem is that getting the links out of the metal strap so so tight,had to take it to a jewelers to rectify at a cost.

Great watch and excellent service - my only disappointment is that I tried to buy another one in the 'Summer Sale' and the price changed between placing in my cart and checking out - not really on IMHO so did not complete - I called and was told that the price had literally changed that second and that was that - even though I was half way through ordering - consequently I have one - could have been two! I'm a bit surprised by the response but can't knock the product - excellent value and surprising quality including a box that looks better than my IWC box.

My wife bought me a Maughn jones watch for a gift on my wedding day after I showed a keen interest months before. The watch itself is timeless and adds class to any outfit especially when wearing a tuxedo. Lots of compliments and a lot of watch for the price. Will definitely be getting another.

For the money probably one of the best watches you can buy. The presentation is comparable to watches of the thousands of pounds. Very pleased, Thank you.

Presentation box with two straps , very impressed also had a small problem with the strap , full instructions sent , first class communication, watch looks very nice , you’d of thought it was a Patak Phillipe

This is one of those rare occasions that a social media purchase was better than the glitzy marketing. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I bought the midnight blue Luminex. It is a great watch and amazing value, and looks amazing.
My watch was delivered very quickly and I love it. I have spoken to Maughan Jones to say thank you and the lady I spoke with was wonderfully helpful, and clearly highly knowledgeable and committed to the brand, thank you do much for your friendly service.
My only problem now is that I want every colour, at the very least I will be returning to add a black and silver strap.
