An amazing experience !

At first I was a bit skeptical coming on this page to purchase a puppy. Once I put my deposit down for my dream dog I knew that it was going to a smooth process. The team was so supporting and great with communicating every step that was taken. The breeder was amazing and super informative. The process was fast and easy and I’m in love with my forever fur baby 🥰! I couldn’t be happier and definitely will be recommending people that are looking for puppies.

NO RESPONSE/SICK PUPPY
I would like to start by stating, I had a good experience initially when getting my puppy. I only had him three full days when I returned home from work and he was completely unresponsive. This required CPR as I begged a nearby vet office to see me. I had to conduct CPR as I drove there, this was quite a traumatic experience. That vet was able to finally stabilize him w a port, among other things. They said that he was hypoglycemic, hypothermic and was unsure of what other issues. They buddle him in hot bags and I transported him to emergency vet, there was no way around this as they advised that the port would stay in and that he would die if I did not take him to the E vet. I left there with a $400 bill. I got to the emergency vet and told them that I was going through a divorce and could only do the basic care but wanted him alive. They did the basic care and did all they could to keep him alive, they informed me of some blood disorder and that the hypoglycemia had lowered his blood pressure. There were a few other concerns that I was not made aware of when I got my precious angel. When I went to work I left him food and water out, and he had a blanket and it was normal temp in the apartment. Needless to say the emergency vet bill was around $3800. I had to take out credit to cover the inital cost and then have been making payments on the last $1000. I say all that to say, soon as I went to the first vet I was in communication with the breeder and Mawoo pets informing them of every step. I have emailed and text all the bills and vet records which i was told to do. Now I cant get anyone to call me back, I did not have this dog long enough to have to pay an extra $4000 on top of what I just paid mawoo pets for this very expensive dog. Had I known that i would not be supported if a situation like this would have rose three days after getting the dog I would have never used Mawoo pets.

Responding: According to the vet records there were more issues than hypoglycemia that is just what the initial vet caught trying to bring him back to life. Also, that should have been explained to me, although I am glad you are updating your info now.

Hypoglycemia is a common risk for small breed puppies, especially after travel. It's critical to ensure frequent, small meals to avoid this issue in small breed puppies, especially in the first few days after bringing your puppy home.

Responsive and offered a smooth transaction

Everyone was responsive and kept me up to date. Transaction went smooth other than overall cost compared to other sites.

like most people say at first you’re a…

like most people say at first you’re a bit skeptical but as I was reading the reviews, I saw that it was legit. I got my puppy. He’s so sweet so playful. He has two different colored eyes. Oh my gosh, hes so adorable. The only problem is I got him two weeks later than I was supposed to, but that’s OK. It was worth the wait.

All our puppies must go home at 8 weeks as they need the emotional and physical connection of their mother until this age for developmental purposes. Mawoo made the entire process of…

Mawoo made the entire process of finding my new best friend seamless. I was a little apprehensive at first purchasing a puppy online however the entire team at Mawoo answered all my questions and set my mind at ease. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Best customer service!

Best customer service!
The original puppy I was going to get had some health problems but the custom service was great and helped me find another puppy from the same breeder. They made it a great experience and answered every question I had. They responded very fast too

I was a little reluctant to use a site…

I was a little reluctant to use a site so I did a lot of research to find the best place to find my next fur baby. Mawoo answered every single question in a timely manner and made the process so easy. I would definitely use their services again and would also recommend them to friends and family. My cute little guy is super healthy and with his forever family thanks to Mawoo❤️
