This is an update.
The Glorious mouse was finally delivered inn January. I had by then given up hope on Maxgaming delivery and spent around $150 on Logitech G Pro mice.

The Glorious wireless mouse from Maxgaming was well packed and the mouse works well. I increased number of stars from 1 star to 4 star.

Please do not buy from them.

My item shipped on 10-Dec and is pending delivery today 13-Jan. I followed up with customer support several times but each time their answer are from a template putting the blame on Covid.

If you buy from them, ensure you chose a shipping that’s fast and expensive or else there is no guarantee the item will ever be delivered.

Meanwhile sellers in USA proactively email me to send another shipment when they see USPS has not been able to deliver the item on time.

Hello, Did take a second look at your order and it seems that it was delayed with about 5 Business days and for that we are sorry it took about 30 Business days and we have 25 usually but with Covid-19 and the Holidays I Think it was pretty smooth but I understand that it was some time for you. But thank you for the information! Would love a 5 since the product was good but I understand that we were 5 days over delivery there!

Would use Maxgaming again

There's a lot of mixed reviews about Maxgaming.com out there so thought I should probably leave a review on my experience.

I ordered the new Steelseries Arctis 7P on the 22nd of December, I paid for the optional express delivery with DHL as due to the holidays I expected it to take a long time, the package arrived exactly 1 week later on 29th December which is outstanding considering I ordered in the middle of Christmas.

Based on the tracking information the item came from Sweden - Germany - UK - Ireland (where I live).

The two biggest complaints I've seen from other reviews is the item being damaged or delivery times taking weeks/months, my item was in perfect condition and only took 1 week to get to Ireland, maybe if you order from USA & other areas in the world outside Europe could be when delivery times can vary, but Maxgaming are definitely are reputable & reliable company and I would certainly order from them again.

Horrible reklamasjon rules

I bought a SteelSeries mouse at MaxGaming 4 months ago. The mouse has a problem with the wheel which is not constant but it happens enough to ruin the experience in gaming. MaxGaming wanted me to send a video of the problem, which is not really easy to do.
Eventually they said that I can send the mouse back to them but they will charge 200NOK for the service. That is ridiculous! I paid 400NOK for the mouse and I would have to pay extra 200NOK for the service if I would send it back? I guess I'm not going to do that and rather gonna look for a new mouse. On top of that I contacted SteelSeries and they said MaxGaming is not an authorized retailer, so they can't help me.. Definitely think twice when you buy from them!
I'm not buying anything at MaxGaming.no again!

Excellent handling time (<24h) of order

Excellently fast handling time of order, shipped within 24h after order. Not yet received, but any further delays are up to cargo operator (as within Sweden this should not be a problem), so not to blame on MaxGaming. Sure experience may vary, but up to now I do not see any reason for all the other negative comments!
update: After less than 24h later delivery from postnord arrived. All things ordered delivered in original packaging and working fine. So I personally can only recommend MaxGaming. Sure I will order more stuff there! (normally not writing ratings, but felt I needed to balance the negative comments with my really positive experience.

Great purchase

Due to my living location, I find it more difficult to buy stuff online, because many companies don't even deliver to my country. MaxGaming however, does deliver. I was sceptical at first to order from them, because of all the bad reviews. Decided to still go through with it and see for myself.
The waiting time wasn't long, considering my location and what is going on in the world. I got the package no problem. Everything was intact and functional.
10/10 would order from them again.

One of the fastest customer service I have ever had

I ordered a keyboard from maxgaming.fi, ask some questions but all of them were replied by pretty fast maxgaming.se. The keyboard arrived one week after after the order, maxgaming claimed that it was gonna take 2 to 3 days but I don't think it was their fault but the delivery service. The keyboard arrived in very good condition but had a mistake in the keycaps, they sent me the correct keycap right after I sent them an email, it arrived quickly. So, I don't have any complaint about the company! Good job!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever…

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with online shopping. Would not recommend anyone buy from this site. It’s been over a week and still no update on where my package is, so I’ve requested a refund via email and still have not heard back from them. AWFUL service

Update: it’s now been a month and still have not received what I paid for

Horrible shipping times

Hello everyone, I ordered from max gaming approximately a week ago. I live in a Scandinavian country, but my package has not arrived yet. They say that the arriving time to scandanavian countries is around 3-8 days. I know that the holidays can affect the shipping times but if the. I will update if I even get the package

Do not buy from Maxgaming they ship…

Do not buy from Maxgaming they ship with worst service and make you pay a considerable amount for it, they advertise max 7 days delivery in EU, it's 11 days and still, nothing, stay away!
Update:
29th of December still nothing, last tracking update was the 18, I tried reaching customer service via email the 23rd asking for a refund or for a new mouse to be sent, they are not responding.
Update, the order got delivered after 3 months, I'm updating the review cause scammy maxgaming flagged it to clean his profile, but I'm sorry the review stays up.

Website not to be trusted

Well if you are looking to see if anyone else has had fraudulent activity from their bank then yes I have. Don’t rely on max gaming to help you find out information as they clearly don’t care. My advise go to the authorities as well as advising your bank. They clearly don’t have any security checks especially if it’s linked to a company called Klarna who also don’t help. How can I supply a order number if I’ve never bought from max gaming or Klarna. Stupid people and unhelpful and don’t listen.

Was promised 2-3 days delivery

Was promised 2-3 days delivery. They end up sending it with the wrong company and I get punished and have to wait 2 weeks for my order. When I email them about it, complaining, wanting some kind of compensation they completly ignore my request, they didn't even comment on me wanting compensation, they just told me that my order is on the way. Took 1 week before I was even able to track my order.

Don't know what the below reviewer is talking about. it was the last mouse drop of a well known company due to which the demand was really high which crashed the maxgaming website. for me i managed to place my order, got my email confirmation and now awaiting delivery to which they already tweeted that it would take 3 weeks for them to receive the stock from FinalMouse and then a further 48hrs to ship it all out. so yeah hats off !

Dont use their site for special drops.
I tried to get a Finalmouse yesterday and waited from 23:40 to 02:10 (it was supposed to drop on 00:00)
I tried all their sites, they were all down - then I got a mouse in my checkout and the site just kept crashing for an hour.
Bad customer service, they dont care.

Dont count on this site, this is not a good place to shop - they only care about the money.
