We had a fantastic weekend. A few issues a few weeks beforehand which resulted in chasing up confirmations which made me a bit nervous. Change of venue 3 times for the recording studio experience (one on the actual day) but nothing too disastrous. The studio Manager who we had was excellent and made us all feel very at ease. All else went to plan on the actual weekend. Fabulous hotel in London, very central. The 3 course meal and bubbly at the Loop was great fun, although we were a bit disappointed that the "reserved seating area" was only reserved until 10, but that was quickly sorted by the venue itself who offered us an alternative area to gather in.
It was great to have the responsibility of paying up front taken away from me by using Maximise and Zoey was always very quick to come back to me answering any queries I had.
My only reason for not giving a five star is that I felt it would have been nice and an added extra if I'd been called during the weekend to check that everything was to our satisfaction. Think it would be a nice gesture.

Great customer service and communication. Very helpful and approachable.
Great weekend in London - Spice Girls Dance Experience was so much fun and definitely a Hen Weekend highlight!

Professional and helpful as soon as the request for quotations were submitted. Quick to respond and always on hand to help with whatever questions or queries were present. Easy to use website to arrange group numbers, rooming, payments all very user friendly. Hotel and events organised were excellent and well worth the money to the point when I told others what we were paying they looked quizzical thinking it couldn't possibly be such good value. Will be recommending Maximise to anyone organising a stag or hen and will be straight to them if and when I arrange another.

Great help with planning and changing things when needed to suit individual bookings, have used 3 times now for both hen, stag and 30th.

Where do I start.... From start to finish the whole process of booking with Maximise was stressfull write up until the day of our deparutre. How hard can it be to organise a Stag do in Marbella!!
After the final payment date our intinery was released!! Well where do I start - The Villa we paid for in Marbella was not in Marbella - we were given Estapona which is 35 miles difference! Numerous of Non returned phone calls / emails and no central to the advertised issues this was resolved. Finally was changed to Nikki beach apartments - still not central but close as we were going to get.
The activities - relaesed 4 weeks before travel to find out after all the trouble with the accomodation being in Estapona let and behold thats also where our "centralised" activities were shoved aswell. So paintballing with a Bbq, unlimited beer and sangrina what could go wrong. Firstly travelling exspenses of €200 to get the and from the activity from out apartments - paintballing was good enough lets face it 9 Lads were looking forward to food and drink. What a let down that was - the advertised unlimited beer was actualy 3 small bottles of local beer between 9 of us. That was a plastic cup of beer each!!! The food ?? What food, 1 sausage, few bits of chicken and a steak - not forgetting the uncut french bread.
Completely disappointed.
2nd scheduled activity - buggies!! Arranged to pick us up from central Marbella - well that didnt happen to begin with was told the company normaly used was not yet open for the season, so if I wanted buggying I would have to travel again to Estapona costing us another €200 at our cost. Was not willing to stand for this so many more un returned calls / messages left got me eventualy a call from the spanish rep refusing to accept liability for being unable to fulfil the booked and fully paid activity. Shorten that down the day before departure after a hefty call and complaint - the manager of maximise and the overseas rep agreed to accept liability and pay the travel expenses between them for the second activity.

Arrival at the airport - no driver was waiting I had to call and chase them up.
The apartments were nice , right near to Nikki beach (wanting €750 minimum spend for 1 night entry). After the stress of he activity arguments the buggying was actualy enjoyable.
After returning home I regret my decision to book via Maximise and it has taugh me a valueable lesson!! If you want something done do it yourself. Thier advertising for central is completely false, when something is in error they are not quick a responding. Happy to take the money and reluctant to help. I would not recommend neither would I use again.

Activities organised by Maximise were fantastic. Our guides were timely, organised and good fun. This was ideal for a bunch of lads on a stag do who just needed steering to where the fun and games were. Thanks to Louise for co-ordinating for a bargain price. Highly recommended

Firstly I would like to say the booking process was faultless. Nice and simple.
Unfortunately the problems started when we are arrived at our apartment in Edinburgh.
We went to the reception to book in. We were told our rooms were not together. Not a problem.
When going to our room we climbing up the stairs we noticed that there was no carpet on a large amount of the stairs. Not exactly 4* star material if you ask me. We got to our room which seemed nice enough (liveable) but was exceptionally warm. The thermostat to turn down the heating just did work. We opened a window so again we could cope.
I also think it was apartments that people lived in as children were there? Im not sure maybe wrong.

We then made our way to the cocktail making at Revolution. This was fab. Really enjoyed this.
We went on to have a food upstairs. Before we had even been given our food we had been told to be quiet twice by staff, Why give us alcohol for 2 hours and then expect a group of excited hens to be quiet I will never know.
We had a group of stags on the table next to us who again were being told to be quiet and at one point were nearly asked to leave.
This venue was catered for couple wanting a quiet meal. Why we were put in that situation I will never know.
On our way back up to our room there were no lights in the stair well and looked like some thing out of a horror movie with the light outside our room constantly flickering.
Second night we went to a 'Dream Boys' night. I say it like that as it was a drag act with a couple of dances in-between. We arrived at the venue and the smell of vomit hit us like a wall. The toilets were absolutely disgusting with water all over the floor, half the doors not even on and blocked toilets and the soap did npt work (it was about 7:30pm) the club was not even open at this point!
We were allocated seats (there was a print out of our names of the chairs) and can I please stress we were some of the first people to sit down (not late as we have been accused of being)
We could not see anything. We were about 8 rows back and as most of the events happened on the floor in the small section that was surrounded by chairs we saw absolutely nothing. Well except the drag act.
We have made our issues known to Maximise who have simply sent a ridiculous email back. Not interested in the slightest now its paid for.

My friend deserved an amazing send off. If I had known the standards of which you provided I would of done the organising myself and done it better and save my money.

Just back from a stag weekend in Stuttgart and all the boys had an awsome time.
Thanks to Zoey for taking the stress out of the organising and to the guys on the ground in Stuttgart for making both nights totally hassle free.

One of the best experiences of our lives! We got to shoot the tank and, even better, we were driven around over hills, through ponds... all sat on top of the tank. It was very easy to organise through maximise - they arranged for a guide to pick us up from the hotel, transport to and from the site. All we had to do was have a good time! I would highly recommend Maximise and Zoey Whelan who sorted everything out for us.

Booking was made very easy and people could settle their own amounts. IT was very flexible and different people could take part in and pay for only the activities they would be there for. The method of building the stag through the web site was awesome. The interaction with Zoey was excellent and very responsive. The guide we had in Prague was unbelievable. She was with us the whole time we needed her and arranged dinner and the bars and entry and everything. Really could say enough positive things about her - to be able to deal with a group like ours, hats off! For example she took us to a Coyote Ugly bar and knew the people in there so for about £40 we had the stag up on the bar having drinks poured into his mouth with everyone cheering along.

The guys who ran the white water rafting we really good fun and were up for a laugh letting us pull each other in the water and setting up jumps etc.

The boat cruise was the only slight negative, it was as advertised so no complaints, but I think rather than an hour it would be good to have a two hour option.

I was really pleased with the service from start to finish and everyone on the stag had a great time.

I would highly recommend this service.

Just back from my hen weekend in Edinburgh and honestly had the best time everything went perfect!!

We had a few issues with getting our weekend plan, and we got messed about with our accommodation as we had booked 3star hotel and got a large hostel. We were compensated for this straight away. And it turns out the hostel was perfect except for it being quited away out of the city center.

The guide was fantastic, friendly and took the banter from 13 over grown kids (aged 29-52) with a taste for the local beer (Berliner). Well done Laura, it must have been like gathering cats.

The activities went smoothly without a glitch and the beer bike is a must for everyone, although I'm not sure how the locals felt about "The Wurzels" as our sound track. Every single member had a massive smile the whole time.

Thank you Louise of Maximise for your help and advise, we will be using you again.

Just wanted to say what an absolutely fantastic weekend we had in Leeds. Everything organised was absolutely perfect from the hotel to the shows and the dance class, even our steak was cooked to how we requested. Thank you very much for all your help, all 17 of us said what a wonderful weekend and we would definitely recommend you guys to everyone we know.

I can't recommend Maximise enough. Everything was made easy and fun.
Louise at Maximise was terrific in helping us tailor the weekend to our needs. A super selection of activities with lots of options.
Our local guide, Idi, was fantastic. She made every effort to be certain that we enjoyed ourselves. Very, very good.
The events were super. Beer Bike, Sparty and Segways are not to be missed in Budapest. Such great fun and our guide took us to some great Ruin Bars for late night drinking. Just amazing.
We had a small glitch when we arrive at our hotel as the rooms were incorrect but Maximise was on the phone quickly and handled the situation very professionally.
At the end of the weekend, we all agreed that this was the BEST Stag Do we'd ever been on.

We had a brilliant hen weekend in cardiff with maximise. The village hotel was superb (particularly Donna on reception) all the activities were organised for us exceeded expectations and we had a fantastic time that was seamless, easy to organise and great value for money. Joe did such a brilliant job that I didn't have to worry about a thing and responded quickly to any queries. Maximise took all the stress away from organising and paying for the weekend. The bride said she couldn't have done better if she had tried. Will certainly be a hen do everyone remembers for years to come. Thank you so much to everyone who made it so special.

Would I use Maximise again? Probably ....

Firstly I will state that our party has a brilliant time and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.

Il start with the negatives

Poor communication: Prior to leaving there was an issue with the website not accepting our flight details. As such I emailed them 4/5 times and I eventually had to ring about 2 weeks before departure date to see what was going on. Our contact was apologetic and confirmed they had received them etc. Our weekend pack arrived like a week before we where leaving and that was after repeated requests for it.

Generally got blanket answers to questions, even when specifically asking for information i.e. address of activities (in case we had to make our own way there/guide didnt show etc) these questions where never answered.

"Central Location Apartments" - Now our apartments where lovely no issue with that, but they where located in Prague 5, (Prague 1 being city centre), this was around 40 minute walk. Even our guides noted how far out we where and this would require taxis to keep to timelines/going in and out of town. Personally this wasnt an issue for us as it meant no one attempted to walk home pished and always got a taxi but the advertising of it as central is wrong/pretty poor.

Weekend pack told us it was 100euro deposit per room at apartments. This was never mentioned in build up only when we spotted it on our weekend pack and then questioned it. Noise violation fine of 200 euro also on weekend pack, no mention of this in build up. When we checked in it turned out they wanted 200 euro per room upfront. We had a quiet group so we used credit/debit cards and the money was placed as a hold against cards(all cards had the hold lifted upon 3-5 days of return) - This was just a shock/pretty crap way to start, which adds to the poor communication.

Paintballing with 5 beers - our beers and paintballs are still there. Our last activity and it was so disappointing. I cant stress this enough, we will literally drink anything but not one of the 14 lads could stomach the beer it was that foul. All the goggles/gloves/overalls where dripping in sweat from previous group which was pretty nasty. Instructor literally handed us guns gave 2 minutes safety speech and left it at that, there was no organisation/games/structure. Lads got scundered after 15 mins and most just got changed and waited to leave. It was a poor way to end the activities.

Positives.

THE GUIDES - THESE GIRLS ARE WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD

My whole reason for using maximise again would be for these girls (Vox Travel) - they organised taxis/restaurants/bars/clubs/left pished people home/stayed out all night with us. They made the weekend for us, such a good experience, they bent over backwards to accommodate us.

BOAT TOUR WITH SHOW - Cant recommend this enough, beers boats and dancers. Boat is actually relaxing and takes in charles bridge and local scenery. Then you have the private show below deck! great stuff

SHOOTING RANGE - No bainer - great time had by all.

WE HAD A BRILLIANT TIME. Took care of us from minute we landed to minute we left. Transfers, activities, pubs, meals etc. Now this was the effort of the people on the ground in Prague (VOX TRAVEL) my dealings with Maximise staff was strained and left me chasing them alot.

Would i use Maximise again? Probably if they keep using the same people in Prague, its them that made the weekend.

Maximise made the weekend very easy to organise and my contact (Zoey Wieland) was always available for questions and was prompt and helpful in her answers. The weekend package was enjoyed by all parties who went. They organised some great restaurant, hotel and club which made my life as organiser very easy. I would definitely use the company again.

I was out slightly late planning with Maximise (29th of February for first contact and with the date of activities on the 2nd of April).

Regardless the information flow was slow in general and not very helpful. For example I had missed the information about the events was made available to me on the website, but not by email, so I had to login to see it.
I asked for these informations three times and for the two second times I was very explicit, that it was getting urgent with the timeline. My contact at Maximise chose simply not to answer the question. It would have been nice to just tell me where to find it instead of ignoring me.

When I finally saw the time-table, then I felt it was a very tight schedule and I was afraid there wasn't enough time. My contact at Maximise told me this wasn't a problem.

Maximise asked for the money ahead of the booking and when they couldn't book one of the events we asked for, then we had to book a cheaper event.
This meant that Maximise had to return some of my money. After almost two weeks I still do not have the money (roughly 50 GBP).
Also my contact at Maximise couldn't figure out that I had already paid for the events until I had to forward her an email sent from Maximise's own website.

On the day before and of the activities we were in doubt about whether time in the plans were pick-up times or the start of the activities as this isn't stated anywhere.
I tried to call and email several phone numbers on the time-table as well writing the email of my contact at Maximise. No responses.

We were meant to be picked up at 10.00am. Our guide was late, because she had been sent to the wrong address, so she arrived at 10.10am.
Our guide told us that she suggested we took taxis to and from the activities as our timetable was so tight that we might miss things. This cost us 270 euroes in total (3 taxis for 3 trips, 30 euro per trip average)
Still we managed to get 20 minutes late for our second activity and were thus only allowed 40 minutes of the activity instead of 60 minutes.

Yesterday (on the 5th of April) I finally got confirmation from my contact at Maximise that the times in the timetable were pick-up times... 3 days after the events occured.

Considering a mark-up of roughly 200% on the prices of the suppliers on the venues, then I'd say I'm not quite impressed.
I think I could manage to call and book these places in advance, take taxis there and pay cash on arrival as Maximise does.

I simply cannot see which value Maximise added to this - on the positive side: At least someone showed up and the activities were booked...

Update: It is now a month since I was promised to have the money, I paid too much, back. Currently I still have received no money and no response from Maximise with several contact attempts by phone and email.

Just returned form the best hen weekend in Benidorm for my best friend that run so smooth from start to finish with everything that was arranged! I didn't know where to start so decided to use maximise and it was the best decision I could have made! Zoey arranged everything we wanted and the maximise reps out in Benidorm were lovely, always on time and we had no problems with anything. The bride and all her hens had an amazing time and we could not fault one thing. Definitely returning and hoping maximise could help us arrange again, thank you all!!!! xx

Went on a hen do in Edinburgh and we all had a great time. The cocktail making and meal was a great start as not all of the girls new each other so got the group to mingle before we went to the club. The apartments we stayed in were great...right in the city centre so people could just go back when they wanted. I would definitely recommend Maximise to anyone who wants to take the hassle out of collecting money from a big group of girls!
