Maximise Reviews 

I was in charge of organising my best mate's stag do and decided to take him to Lisbon. There were 8 of us in total. Maximise had loads of great ideas for activities and sorted us out with a brilliant bar crawl, with a great guide showing us the best places to go in the city.

My contact at Maximise was Max and he couldn't have been more helpful! Will definitely use Maximise again in the future :)

We booked through Maximize a trip to Split Croatia for a group of seven guys on a stag do.
Every detail was organised perfectly, the hotel was located ideally, the transfers like clockwork and the activities (white water rafting/canyoning) were stuff of dreams.
Can't thank Zoey and her team enough and will recommend Maximize to everyone.

We booked through maximise for my friends hen do in Benidorm. Originally we had booked the magic mike experience however unfortunately due to numbers the show was unable to go ahead. Initially we were very disappointed however Zoey was able to provide us with 3 alternatives. We ended up going for the Butler in the buff followed by a male stripper. We were also given 2 bottles of spirits for the inconvenience.

Zoey kept us fully informed and provided itinerary’s with clear instructions on where to go and once we arrived in Benidorm the team over there kept in touch and met us.

Overall we had such a fab night and there was 15 very happy girls!

I have to say Maximise is one of the worst organized companies that I have worked with. I have initiated my request with them about 5 months before my friend's stag and during that 5 months I had to deal with 4 different people because the staff kept on leaving and everytime I have to explain everything from scratch like I'm dealing with a new company all over. Eventually they have sent us the itinerary, our first night was supposed to be a VIP table in a club. When we showed up to the club they had no idea who we are, we tried to call their emergency number but it didn't work. We eventually had to pay for the table again. When we contacted them after they said there was a mistake in the original itinerary, and they have updated the one on the app. They said that that they tried to call on the same day I was traveling however no email was sent by them that there was a change. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake and blamed me for not checking the app? Which is absurd.
I advise to stay away from them, there are plenty of other companies that are more organized and customer friendly.

This was the review I was invited to provide to Maximise directly over a week ago but so THEY HAVE NOT HAD THE CURTESY TO CONTACT ME AND DISCUSS!!! so now I share my experience to you guys the public.

I would rate the weekend out of 10 as a 7.

Positives:
1, Airport transfers were smooth an on time.
2, Bar crawl on both nights were great and the rep stayed out with us most of the night to show us some great places to get drunk!!
3,The Fire arms shooting experience was unique and fantastic.
4, The Maximise website made the weekend quite easy for me organise.

On top of the above events an activities the staff at the hotel had a reasonable priced taxi service which was dedicated only to their hotel guests.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and a great laugh 😁

The hotel rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable with air conditioning which was a god send considering how humid it was outside.

Negative. ( And it is a very big one)

The Medieval Banquet:

This was the big event for the Friday night that the whole group was really looking forward to.... BUT....

1, We were shown into the very poorly lit restaurant which was empty and had no air conditioning which put the place at around 40c inside!!

2, IT WAS NOT A BANQUET! We were served a spicy soup, then something a bit like risotto followed with a desert that nobody ate because we couldn't stand the heat inside the restaurant.

3, As lead to believe from the event advertisement we thought that this event would have had some kind of theatrical entertainment and maybe some silly medieval costumes to set the scene but there was nothing 🙁

We were all truly disappointed with this non-event an I feel it was grossly mis-advertised.

For this event I do not think it was worth what we all paid for it and it certainly was not as described so I would like to know how I can go about challenging this in more official capacity.

Me and my group of 8 hens had an absolutely fab weekend!! The hen was over the moon with all the activities and accommodation. We stayed in the Tom Thumb Apartments in Liverpool and they couldn’t of been more perfect. The location was ideal, and it was so close to all our activities we had planned.
Every time I contracted Zoey through Maximise I was responded to so quickly and it was such an easy way of planning a big weekend that could be a bit hectic. You have a great selection of activities that are fit for everyone. We did the tipsy tea party, cocktail making and three course meal and the vip pass to clubs and bars. I was given the itinerary which was perfect as I was able to book taxis in advance and see how far walking distance everything was.
Maximise has been outstanding through the process of booking the weekend and I would very highly recommend anyone to them when booking a big weekend.

I will definitely be using you again in the future!

Everything went off without a hitch! All the activities were awesome and the transport was always on time! Everyone had a great time! Thanks to Zoey Bond and the team for an awesome trip! Would definitely recommend Maximise to everyone!

Maximise: Zoey Whelan and rest of your colleagues maid the booking and payments simple and communication was brilliant , The App was first class .

Accommodation: Pretty basic but no complaints as was clean, only downside was it was at least a 20 min walk to the city centre , and a lot of the taxi companies did try to rip you off.

Rep Eszter Tomasics : She was a star , booked taxis when we wanted which minimised the above, organised all our activities and was at the end of a phone when ever we needed, accompanied us in all activities and we even paid for another bar crawl , we had to postpone our Sat Am go karting of which she managed to reschedule for us for the Sunday.
She was brilliant throughout our trip so would like to make sure this feedback is fed back to her employers.

Overall: will def be booking again through maximise . ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Booked a hen weekend to Benidorm via Maximise. Couldn't fault it! Very good on email, never waited more than an hour for a response, answered all questions and queries I had. We had 3 different flights arriving in Benidorm and Zoey kindly arranged 3 different airport transfers for all flights at no extra charge. We had a CAVA reception on our first night, we didn't like the location (was in a strippers bar!) so we just moved on, this was a freebie so wasn't an issue, our Benidorm rep was very accommodating and recommended other bars along the strip.
We also went to the Villa Retreat which we booked via Maximise, this was the highlight of the whole holiday, perfect day, 100% recommend this if you are thinking of booking Benidorm!
Had no issues at all with the whole experience, great communication, very detailed itinerary. I received confirmation text messages regarding pick up times for the return transfers etc. I didn't have to worry about anything! Perfect weekend! Would definitely book with Maximise again!

I was a bit sceptical about using a company like this to organise my friend's hen do but Zoey was brilliant - everything was perfectly organised and we were given lots of different packages to choose from. Having a single website to track everyone's payments made it easier with a large group. We had a few chops and changes with people dropping out but it was handled really well. I called ahead to the hotel and club to make sure everything was definitely booked in, but to be honest, I didn't need to in the end and should've just trusted Maximise to do the right thing! The hotel even pre-checked us in so we had the rooms as soon as we arrived so that was a nice touch :)

Just got back from a brillant weekend in Salou

We stayed for 3 nights and had the stripper, booze cruise and airport transfer

We got to salou airport and 3 Merc vans waited our arrival (lads where very impressed)

Stripper was fantastic and the booze cruise too.

I would highly recommend as a best man to use maximise they make the whole Stagg booking process easy and Zoey made sure everyone paid up etc

Thanks guys be sure to use you again should I have the Joys if being another best man

Just wanna praise this company and specially Zoe she was awesome ! couldn’t have asked for a better weekend and without fuss ! All the activities were awesome and the stag had a great time ! Hotel was pretty standard but what you would expect on a stag do !

Third stag i have organised and the 1st time i used maximise and last time aswell
No transport provided to activity or airport transfers
Paid for Bar n Club combo and all we recieved was a list of bars...Walked into Yates bar they had no knowledge of our stag..They told us to sit where we wanted
No communication with us for the whole of our weekend from Maximise to see how we were getting on
A very lazy effort to be honest
Thankfully we had a great weekend with a lot of help from Jason from JG minibuses who brought us everywhere and was really helpful

Went to Ibiza for my best friends hen & it went perfectly!! Hotel was great, club entry & bar crawl maximise had arranged was great & the stripper!!. Ohh my lord!! Although he was a bit OTT it was amazing & none of us have ever laughed so much!! Was definitely a weekend to remember & went without a hitch! Thank you!!

Absolutely excellent company and extremely helpful staff. Me and some hens went to Benidorm and had the most amazing time thanks to maximise. Our booking advisor Zoey bond was so great. We had a few people pull out at different points on the lead up to the holiday and she was really understanding, polite and friendly towards us at all times.. we’d recommend them to anyone :-) thank you maximise and thank you Zoey x

Zoey was so helpful in putting together the hen weekend I planned for the weekend just gone. I was awful at getting back to her but she was so patient with me as I really did have a horrible time organising this (16 women when I am a man really does test you as a person...)

We had a fantastic time and she was so helpful and flexible with the arrangements and really made the whole ordeal a whole lot easier.

Brilliant weekend organised by the maximise team. From start to finish the team was brilliant, even though we were not the easiest hen group to manage with the constant changes in our plans! Particularly, Louise our dedicated team member, who couldn't do enough for us, answering every request we had and even helping us with a discount. We had such an amazing time in Nottingham with the River cruise and the best thing was seeing both our brides so happy and having a blast. Definitely highly recommend booking your hen weekend with maximise as they help take the stress off planning your weekend with so many great options to choose from.

If you are travelling to Albufeira through Maximise do not and i mean do not stay at Varandas Des Albufeira. If this is the hotel they provide as your accommodation e-mail them straight away and demand to be moved to a different hotel. After reading reviews on the cleanliness of this hotel we raised our concerns with Maximise and liaised with A Louise and a Glen. Glen advised us that everything would be fine and to take pictures on anything untoward when we arrive or raise our concerns with the on site rep. Big Mistake!!! We had actually paid extra for a 4 Star apartment rather than the standard 3 Star only to find we had been given somewhere to stay which had been badly reviewed across booking.com and TripAdvisor. Upon arrival the rooms had balcony doors which did not lock, a group of four was made to sleep in one double bed, one on a sofa bed and one on the floor on a mattress which was only provided after complaining. This was only the start of our problems as after the second night we came to find that our room had been broken into whilst we was out. Money, cigarettes and other valuables had been taken from our locked suitcases. The thieves had just ripped open the lining of our suitcases and went through the lot. The room was left thrashed and upon advising the staff on what had happened the staff didn't seem bothered to say the least and told us that the police will be arriving shortly to ask us questions. After three visits to the police station a report was filed and we was told we would have to make a claim now through our travel insurance provider. It seemed like that staff were not surprised when we told them that our room had been broken into and as if this was a regular occurrence. I feel like all of this could have been avoided if Maximise listened to our concerns and moved us to a true 4 Star hotel. Stay here at your own risk and i hope you treat this review as a warning.

We had a fantastic weekend in Manchester, the location was perfect, right in the city centre so everything was within walking distance. Our organiser was Zoey Bond and she was very helpful with all the questions we had and replied very quickly. The hotel we stopped in was lovely, we had no problems with anything throughout the entire weekend which was nice. Paintballing was a lot of fun on the Saturday too, I would recommend Maximise to anyone looking to book a stag do, customer service was great so thank you for a lovely weekend!
