I found MaxKing on a Google search and needed the 6262 model at short notice for my Cypriot wife’s landmark birthday. Kirk helpfully accommodated my collection on a Friday afternoon.
24 hours later this beauty had yielded for a party of twelve some of the best cooked kebabs I have produced; meat and veggie as well as the sundries.
Very easy to assemble, adjustable legs keep it sturdy in action and it packs back down really neatly so it’s easily stowed or transported. The top grill mesh (not usually present on the steel foukou) fits well allowing you to cook individual items side by side to the skewers.
I was sceptical of the loose fitment of LR20 powered battery motor, but it worked fine without binding.
I can see this unit being used a lot more in future!

If you want a BBQ for life this is the place- I bought the large 1129 for all occasions.
I have in the past had steel, brick bult types none are as versatile as this! A mobile Stainless Steel Unit is a lifetime product you will not be disappointed.
Get the product covered with a made to measure product online -Kirk tells me that he intends to offer these in the nearer future along with other products.
Max king have great back up service any issues are dealt with promptly- don’t forget to ask for the charcoal lighter.

I have been looking for a high quality authentic Greek Cypriot style barbeque with a rotisserie for souvla for some time. This one does the business and is perfect! So pleased with my purchase. Kirk was helpful and friendly throughout the sales process, offering me advice on the product, delivery and even on recipe's. It arrived as described, easy to assemble and is a quality item.
