Many people expressed deep frustration after finding unexpected monthly charges withdrawn directly from their bank accounts. Maxlaw shld be blacklisted

Maxlaw conned me into approving a mandate for a debit order of R675 by conning me that it was for a personal loan. When no loan showed on my bank account I contacted them, only to tell me I don't qualify for a personal loan loan. They refuse to refund my money and say the debit order is for 4 months. I cannot reverse it either as they put a stop on the bank reversing it. They are thieves who steal your money!

Scammers

This morning, a consultant form MaxLaw called me and I thought it was regarding the loan I applied for but realised later after they asked me to approve a debit check of R750 that it is a company that deals with debt review. I asked the consultant if the call was regarding the loan I pplied for and he agreed. I spoke to Thabo (one of the consultants) and after I requested fro my acoount to be closed, he hanged up the phone on me. Please cancel my account

DISGUSTED WITH YOUR SERVICE

DISGUSTED WITH YOUR SERVICE – IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED

Dear Maxlaw Management,

I am beyond furious with the complete lack of service and professionalism from your company. Since you deducted money from my account, there has been absolutely NO action on my case. I have called numerous times, and instead of getting answers, all I get is empty promises and pathetic excuses.

On Monday, I corrected my email address after your team failed to even get that right. Despite this, I have still not received a single call or email from you. NOTHING. Your so-called "service" is a joke, and it is clear you only care about collecting payments – not actually helping your clients, as you advertise.

To add insult to injury, I have just spent 45 minutes trying to get through on your landline. Every single time, I am “first in line” only to have the phone disconnected. This is unacceptable. What kind of company operates like this? You have wasted my time, my money, and my trust.

I WANT ANSWERS, and I want them NOW. Management needs to take over this situation immediately and resolve it. If I don’t receive a response from management within 24 hours, I will make it my mission to expose your disgusting service to the public. Social media, Hello Peter, and the press will hear about how your company treats its clients.

This has been the worst decision I’ve made in years. I regret trusting a company that clearly doesn’t care about its clients once they’ve been paid. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.

Do not opt for services from this…

Do not opt for services from this company people or you going to regret it. I was looking for a smartphone through a service called phone finder and maxlaw called me to do arrangements and i had defaulted on 2 accounts which i have arrangements with DMC(the trusted debt review company) in which they said they will help me raise my credit score and i decided i did not need their services anymore beacuse of this arrangement i called them to cancel the debit order on my accountand they said i cant cancel before i have made a first payment and this is beacuse they have done a credit score check so i have to pay the first month payment beacuse they have done a credit check. They keep on throwing excuses. Also DMC is not even aware of them. Do not accept anything guys. Hang up their calls as soon as you see its them or else you will regret and lose your money.

Maxlaw called my friend to get her to…

Maxlaw called my friend to get her to sign up for a double deal mobile contract. She explained that she has defaulted on 2 accounts which she already has arrangements with, but they insisted that they can clear her name and that she could get the phones in record time, she unfortunately gave them all her details and in no time her account was debited with +- R700.00 that she doesn't even know what it was for as they haven't done anything yet. It's the 3rd month of debiting her account and every time she calls in, they conveniently put her through to the wrong department until she gets tired of explaining herself over and over again. Now they sent her a power of attorney to sign, She now has to struggle to cancel the entire thing and demand her money back. Wow, these people are skilled scam artists.
