Very good product and excelent customer service

Instagram support was fast and very helpfull. Offered me multiple products in warehouses close to me, helped me order what I need when competitors told me to kick rocks. Great stock, even locally.

2 separate purchases.

1. -(Bushing removal tool)
Bought a generic bushing removal tool online for my E60 and had nothing but issues. Replaced it with the MaxSpeedingRod tool and the job was done in minutes. What a fantastic bit of kit.

2. -(Adjustable Camber Coilovers for a E46) Few years ago now. Just had to write a post stating they have been fantastic, I had a issue where one shock was leaking and making a noise. Contacted customer support and they instantly sent me out a replacement strut a day or two later.

Easy to fit. Instructions were clear, asked a couple questions on fitment that were instantly answered.

All in all a pleasure to deal with, I will continue using them and probably will go for some coilovers for the e60 in the future too.

Great product I definitely recommend if you follow instructions you shouldn’t have any problems with these coilovers and customer service was 10/10 always responded to any of my questions almost immediately

I was inquiring about a sponsorship agreement and was helped immediately and had my information sent in. Thank you to the customer service team for making this such a easy process.

Bought a set of cool overs with sway arm bushings. The springs for the rear on the coil overs were wrong didn’t fit the housing for the car year. Box states everything fits 2013 SS Camaro. Also the rods that come with it for the front sway arm were wrong as well. Tried to contact their service and all I get is my springs will be here in three months. They can’t make the arms for the front. Why sell a box that’s for a 2013 Camaro in the parts don’t fit. Very pissed customer probably won’t use them again.

I ordered 2 items and i only received 1. I have tried to email them 3 times now about it and no reply. Maybe when they see this review they wake up, who knows.

This company advertised a dropped shock compatible shock for 3" front 5" rear. Received shocks, there factory length. 11/2" travel before bottoming out rear have 2" travel. Company refuses to replace with advertised dropped shock even went as far to claim no shocks listed for my truck although there advertisement states otherwise. Save your money buy a different brand

My order never showed up. After 3 weeks of the run around I finally gave up. Now I am just waiting to see if they actually refund my money. Not going to hold my breath on that. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever delta with in my life! Excuse after excuse of why my order didnt show up. Pathetic excuse of a company. My advice to anyone who is trying to save a few bucks is dont do it with this company!

Well I had a issues with my parts failing prematurely but Jason made it right good to deal with Jason said he would send another o2 sensors to my address

This company frauded us many times. They didnt return money for returned parts. Beware !!!! They are scammers !!!

I purchased coilover parts from Maxpeedingrods that were described to fit my vehicle. The parts do not fit, the mount holes are no way close. I was told by a company rep to make an unsafe modification to the mount bottom to force the fit. The company would not make the situation right by replacing with correct parts or refunding the item. Was out of the 14 day return and told that I installed the part. You can't install the part because it does not fit. Was recommended to try to offload the item and sell them to someone else. If they gave me the parts to fit as an exchange, no problem, I would be satisfied. That is not what they had in mind,they want me to be ok with $500 useless suspension parts. It is disturbing that they recommended it as ok to ride on a modified part. I just wanted the parts that fit my vehicle. Plenty of advertising dollars they spend on social media. Not a good look to advertise and sell parts that do not work, i consider it as theft. I do not recommed anyone to do business with a company that operates in this manner.

Great customer service and support

I had an issue with the air strut that was purchased with this company. After speaking with Jason they will send out to me a new set of air strut for my 2005 E55 Mercedes Benz. There was no hazzle at all.
