While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Unscrupulous

For the second time telesales staff of this company managed somehow to bypass call blockers and scam my 88 year-old mother with Alzheimer's into a direct debit to pay for services which were of absolutely no use to her and/or never delivered. On both occasions GBP120 was debited from her account.

After the first occasion in January 2020, HSBC were informed in person, and promised to take action. Clearly, no appropriate action was taken, and a second sum was taken from the account in April of this year using a new direct debit mandate.

No words can adequately express the ethics of the company or of its employees. HSBC bank is at best guilty of incompetence.

Unscrupulous Scammers

This company may have a genuine business but they seem to not be averse to scamming vulnerable old people on the side. They took £129.99 from my 81 year-old dementia-ridden mother who has no smart phone or internet and certainly has no use for business phone services! I have now installed the excellent TrueCall Secure device to stop any other such calls in future. I wish I believed in Hell so people like this could end up there.
