Abusing victims all over again.
As a victim of domestic abuse I had hoped to receive advice and support. Instead I was charged £258 for 20 minutes with a paralegal who didn’t even mention shuttle mediation. It’s like getting strangled and thrown across a room all over again.

I have sent two emails to the address…
I have sent two emails to the address on their Google page as I wish to use their service again.
Unfortunately the emails have not been answered and neither has anyone bothered to ring me on the provided phone number.
Perhaps I need to use a different firm as my previous experience using Maxwell Hodge was positive maybe their standards have nosedived. The dates of my emails are 12th and 19th April 2024.
About 2 hours after posting this review I have received a reply and an honest explanation . Thanks.
