High-quality briefcase
I am really satisfied with the Calvino. It feels high-quality from bottom to top. The delivery was delayed by around 2-3 weeks, but other than that, I am happy with my purchase.

Good, if you are not in a hurry
The product was good, when it eventually arrived, but they appear to have zero stock in the UK, so the four items I have ordered have all turned out to be out of stock, and take weeks to arrive. I placed my first order as a little treat when my husband was told he would need treatment on a Wednesday, and had gamma knife surgery on the following Monday. I paid for next day delivery, assuming my order would come quickly and help me get through things. Instead it took nearly six weeks to arrive, which pretty much defeated the whole purpose. So worth it if you aren't in a hurry for things, but disappointing if you are.

The leather pocket diary was lovely but I later realised that the insert was based in Italian, I checked out with Maxwell Scott and was informed that this is normal. Perhaps a choice of English or Italian diary could be offered in future, but otherwise it was just what I was looking for.

The Calvino 5 years later
I purchased The Calvino about 5 years ago. It goes to work with me every day and has traveled the US and Europe on business trips. The bag is as good now as it was the day I received it. I can't imagine having a better looking, higher quality bag. Its perfect for business people 'on the go'... not so slim that it only fits your laptop, and not so large that its too clunky to carry around.
I'd recommend the bag and the brand without reservation.... but it does seem that prices may have gone WAY up since I purchased yrs ago.
