Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. Case I ordered was not in stock in the UK but was brought from Italy in a few days. I was informed promptly by email, kept informed, and the delivery was upgraded in compensation.
Oh, and the Basilio case is fantastic - beautifully made, the quality oozes from it. I feel special when I carry it.

6 star quality products
I have been a customer of Maxwell Scott for well over 20 years. I have many of their bags as the quality is superb: A suitcase, a laptop bag, two bucket bags, a small brown tote and a larger black tote bag. I have recommended Maxwell Scott constantly to friends and family and as the years pass I'm constantly amazed at how good the quality of the bags are.
Recently, they have relined by black tote and it has just come back today. They have done an excellent job, although the time-frame was a little longer than expected. For this reason I am giving them 4 stars for my recent experience. Otherwise, I would have given them 6 stars.
Maxwell Scott are an excellent brand and they have done well for many years to provide a line of quality products: so rare these days. Long may they continue

You can tell how good a leather is by touching
You can tell how good a leather is by touching and feeling how comfortable the touch is and it was great, the design was great and the logo wasn’t intrusive or ruining the design of the product.
It was pricey but you were doing your job.
