I ordered mirrors over a month ago and have not been updated on any shipping information. I’ve emailed the company and have not received a response. When I click “view my order” on the provided link, it appears that the website is disabled. I searched it again and it’s as if the website hasn’t opened yet! But they were open to take my money. Don’t spend your money here.

Is it possible to give 0 stars? The product I received was total garbage and not at all like the photos. Then the company offered me a full return if I ship it to China, which I did over 2 months ago. I've since heard nothing and they refuse to return my emails. I'm out $100 in original price + return shipping and I have NOTHING to show for it. Horrible customer service. Do not buy!

THIS WEBSITE IS GARBAGE AND FRAUD DO NOT TRUST THE ADVERTISED IMAGES FROM IG. THEY ARE SHADY AND HAVE YET TO REPLY BACK TO MY REFUND EMAIL.

I wish that I could give this garbage negative stars.... I fell for the Instagram ad with the cute moon mirrors. The product looks NOTHING like that. Thin, black painted cheap wood, with fun house mirrors pasted on. I paid $75 plus shipping and have never felt money has been more wasted. No where on the website does it say this product is coming directly from China. Terrible company, product and customer service. After not getting a response for days they want me to send the product to China to return at my own expense. Garbage.

Luckily I bought through PayPal - I put through a dispute after emailing them 3 times with no response - dispute was resolved in my favour but now they email me asking for me to send the product back . Don't do it

Another sucker for those moon mirrors that look NOTHINGGGGG like the IG add I saw. Super disappointed and frustrated with Maya Parker and their cheap, worthless product.

7/13/2020 - I contacted the Better Business Bureau and Finally received a response. I was given an address in China that I can return these to and once Maya gets note that these are returned- they will give me a refund. If you can’t get a response- I HIGHLY recommend doing the same thing. For Better Business Bureau reporting, they are located in NY (zip code 10989)

Purchased the moon mirrors. Paid $65 and they’re worth MAYBE $10.

I would give negative stars if that was an option. The moon mirrors are a total rip off and not even close to what the pictures looked like. Just as mentioned below (I wish I would have found this before spending $60+ dollars on something I wouldn't even hang in a dorm room) I was told by customer service they would refund my money, but now they are ignoring my request for where to send the return. I can't believe they can still continue to operate a business.

Like other reviewers I purchased the moon mirrors, they are incredibly flimsy and cheap, not actual mirrors, just plastic mirror glued to very thin wood.

Having a very hard time returning for a refund, company is telling me I cannot return unless they are faulty.

Would steer well clear of this company

I bought the moon mirrors advertised all over facebook and instgram. They look NOTHING like the pictures. They are made of a very thin cheap wood with stick on plastic mirrors. I'm so disappointed.

I bought the moon mirrors which were advertised on Instagram and Facebook. They look lovely in the pictures and described as 'handcrafted, wood framed, safety glass mirrors'...what arrived was some bits of mirrored plastic on balsa wood which has been spray painted. Probably worth £10 maximum definitely not the £50 I paid..DO NO BUY!!!!

I bought the wall decor half moon placements I feel completely ripped off I paid $66 which was makers down from $89 as soon as I received this they looked so cheap and didn’t look close to what was advertised I’m trying to return the product but I’m having a difficult time getting a hold of the office. Save yourself the hassle DONT BUY
