Dear L, I have checked and couldn't find any record of you ever purchasing from us. However, I did notice someone else purchased stockings and crotchless tights several months ago - and I suspect these were sent to you. We have not had any comment from the actual customer.
I also noticed that you left this review several months after the purchase by someone else, as you threatened us that you would leave bad reviews unless we gave you a full refund two months after the purchase of the stockings and crotchless tights - even though you did not wish to return them - and that you had also given some of them away to a friend.
Like every retailer, we do require the products back with us before making a refund (which we offered to do, even though the returns window had passed over a month ago). You refused to send the items and demanded a refund without having to send the products back, and then left a review inaccurately suggesting we provided the incorrect address. Our address changed two years ago, and we have had the correct address visible on the returns page since 2020 (we have not changed it, as you claim, nor do we intend to). We even offered to refund the postage, and again you refused.
I understand that sometimes customers may wish to receive a refund, and we do offer a very generous returns window - in fact, our returns option is market leading. However, we are unable to offer refunds if the products are not returned, even if threatened with 'bad reviews'.
Obviously, if you change your mind, and do wish to return the stockings and crotchless tights to our returns address (shown on the returns page), we would be more than happy to provide assistance.
