Had to wait a bit for service and was not offered champagne during my purchase. I purchased online for store pickup and feel like that had to do with the lack of attentive service. Overall experience was not as lux and high scale as other designer/luxury stores I have purchased at. Still the product was a beautiful addition to my watch collection. Thank you!

I love this watch tremendously, I couldn’t get my hands on the Hamilton X Resident Evil watch but this one is 10x better imo due to it being a 40mm. 10/10 recommend and the watch is awesome.

Very prompt shipping at no additional cost. I ordered a watch on Friday morning and it was delivered the next day before noon. Also the watch was carefully packed to protect from damage and the inside box was suitable to present to someone as a gift. The watch was exactly as described.
