It's always easy to order from site & once I receive my package I'm completely satisfied. The hair feels great, gets installed & I can always reuse my bundles. I love being able to get different curl patterns & have no issues across the board.

I’ve been a faithful mayvenn customer for a long time but I’d never experimented with color. I knew my first time would be with them using their 613 Indian Loose Wave and I’ve been satisfied for the 2 months I’ve worn it. Immaculate quality and still looks amazing after daily wear and care!

Customer service is always helpful and responds in a timely manner. Plus the quality of my bundles are always good and consistent!

I’ve only had the hair installed for 5 weeks and it’s absolutely terrible the hair will come in the mail looking nice but when you install it and walk out the salon it will start matting. I put my bonnet on the first night and boom matting.

Brought an 18 inch frontal from mayvenn which was suppose to be 100% human and the hair literally fried when my hair dresser tried to flat iron it.they be mixing their hair with synthetic and selling it as human hair.and no one answer when you try to contact there customer service.

Worst Hair Ever Purchased!!!!! I purchased hair and it stated to tangle and matte up after a week of installation. They did offer to send new hair but why would I want new hair if I no longer trust the quality of the hair. Not to mention I have to pay for a reinstall which wasn't cheap. Total inconvenience and a waste of my hard earned money!!!

Terrible quality hair. Hair sheds so badly and gets matted and tangled after the first day. Waste of money and the 30 day guarantee is completely useless.

Wish I had come to the reviews! The worst hair ever. Don’t waste your time or your money. Trying to find good hair these days is a playing Russian roulette with your money. I would feel better is my money was taken by armed robbery!

Horrible hair. It will not curl and very thin. Too expensive for the quality. Do not waste your money.

Please do not order hair from here. You will be disappointed when you recieve this cheap ass hair. I usta order mayvenne 6 yrs ago the hair was way better.

The customer service at the Mansfield Texas location was awesome. That is why I gave a rating of 3. My problem was the customization aspect. I purchased a wig which I wanted to be customized. The biggest issue is not having the ability to speak with the stylist that is actually performing the services. I initially went to Mayven because I have a small head and because they advertise custom wig I thought I would get a wig that fit my head…absolutely not true. I found out only when I went to pick up the wig that to get a wig that fits your head is an entirely different process. In good conscious I could not recommend paying the high cost for their wigs and not knowing exactly what you are going to get. I would have definitely rated them a 1 if it had not been for the customer service at the location. Sadly their units are definitely not worth the money.

This hair is a complete rip off! It only last about 2 seconds before it mats up like a birds nest!! This company is a complete scam! I wish I would have checked the Better Business Bureau before I spend $400 plus on thin, over priced, mayn’t be all human hair! The closure was a joke as well! The BBB is full of real reviews! Amazon has better hair for cheap!!! Then they send you to a stylist that doesn’t know what there doing! I had to go back to the stylist because my tracks where showing and bumpy! The stylist even admitted that the hair was crap! Never again! Be warned! You’re taking a risk when purchasing this hair!

I’ve bought two ready-to-wear wigs from Mayvenn and I really like them. They do get a bit tangled at the base of the neck after wearing them awhile but they don’t have an odor and they look nice. What I didn’t realize is that their wigs are shipped from South Korea. Their website makes it appear to be an American company. I don’t think it is. But I haven’t been able to find a wig company with units less than a thousand dollars based in the U.S. $200-400 for a nice wig is a good deal. I bought one from Jessies Wigs at the same price point and it was awful.

The hair quality is the absolute worse. I’ve never, ever, ever had such a bad wig. I mean it frizzed up and tangled so easily in less than a week of wearing it. I can mange it at all. $500 wasted!

Don't use this service! Quality of hair is horrible. In-store staff inept. Website gives instructions regarding wig sizes, none of that was done in the store. Person offered to cut the lace, cut too much, which almost ruined my ability to used the wig. To sum up, horrible experience.

Ideal with Maylene for years and tried other wigs and it wasn’t the same thing what I like about your policy. If you don’t like what mailing have for you, you could refund it and get something else. Very good customer service.

I love my Mayvenn bundles! The hair is soft and the color matches my natural hair perfectly. Shipping was pretty quick as well.

I wish I came here to read the reviews. Terrible hair!! Matted! Shed! Oh and it was super thin at the ends. It was the worst hair I’ve ever had. I tried to write an honest review on their page and it wouldn’t post. They won’t post anything negative so now I know all those “positive” reviews were lies

I wish I had read the reviews other than the ones on the website! Once I colored it, as they said i could, it turned into a birds nest where you can see the tracks and all! 300+ dollars down the drain!
