Customer Service a massive let down…
Great product but the customer service and communication massively let this company down. I have had several people interested in purchasing their own pergola and I have directed to other companies selling similar products.

Terrible after sales
Terrible after sales, customer services are not communicating with each other let alone with the customer. Everytime I call I have to wait for an hour just to get through to people who just don’t have a clue how to help me, they refuse to put me through to a manager and say they cannot guarantee a manager will call me back when I requested a callback. My parasol is faulty and they promised me a replacement then when I wait two weeks for someone to call me to arrange delivery I have to call back again to then be told they don’t have it in stock and I will have to wait until next year now for my replacement! Awful service and aftercare

We had an issue with the light not working. Pheobe resolved this issue quickly and easily and replaced the non working part. Excellent customer service

Bought two sets for garden furniture…
Bought two sets for garden furniture for our garden. We are so pleased with all of it. Very well made and easy to assemble. Minor issue with the Artemis LED parasol (2 of the LED strips didn't work), reported this via the customer service e-mail and top marks to Phoebe who resolved this quickly and efficiently by sending a replacement. Super product and top marks for excellent customer service!

Had a £700 parasol delivered two and a half weeks ago, the inside arms were broken and the electrical wires for the lights hanging down.
Emailed Maze on the day of delivery with photographs and an explanation, followed up with a complaint after ten days as still no reply.
Every time I call, wait time is 20 minutes plus - I don’t have 20 minutes to wait.
I will have no alternative but to contact my credit card company for them to pursue via training standards.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A DISGRACE.
UPDATE 04/08 - Maze finally arranged a collection of my faulty parasol, it was collected yesterday a month after I contacted them.
Let’s see how long my refund takes.

We purchased a 3x4 pergola
We purchased a 3x4 pergola. The delivery men are brilliant nothing was to much trouble ,the even have us tips on the assembly. The product is excellent. The only reason I have 4 stars is the customer service. I had to call and chase delivery after the date came and went. Once I managed to speak to someone after sending a complaint query. It's a shame Maze will lose a lot of custom through bad customer service.

Very nice pergola
Very nice pergola, delivery was simple and straight forward, easy to assemble, quality product, uplift my garden, absolutely love it. The only issue encountered was that the screws included was not complete and there were no screws for the legs included.
