I was a little reluctant based on reading reviews, however, from taking the device to the post office (using the special delivery service) and receiving the funds in my account it was a very quick process (approximately 28 hours). Received the full offer as quoted. Kept up to date with the process i.e. when the device had been received, when it had been tested, when payment had been processed. Very happy, 8 bananas, would recommend

Best mobile buy back company
I have used Mazuma a number of times over the years and always been honest on condition of phone and always received the quote. I tried another company on one occasion as they offered more only to say my phone wasn't as the expected and instead of getting c£400 they offered me £100. On querying it they offered me £200. I got the phone back sent it to Mazuma and got the quoted price c£350 no questions asked
Seems to me that Mazuma are a proper well led company giving good fair orices and the others are not. I will not try another company again

Manage your expectations
I should have known based on the reviews but it feels like the whole model is entice with a high price and knock down once they have the phone in hand.
The screen had what appeared to me as a single light scratch (barely visible and less than 2mm long) and they allow up to 3. They said there was more than three and dropped a full £50 from the offer. But it's easier to just go with it than go through the delay of getting it returned and trying somewhere else.

Great service. Gave me my quote, best quote I'd been given. Wrapped up my tech, got postie to pick it up with the free postage label. As I have no post office near me. Delivered 2 days later. Money in my bank the same day as tech was delivered to Mazuma.
