No Customer Service Available
I kept writing them to cancel one of my orders with no luck, I even applied to have a return when I hadn’t even received any items to try and get and answer but all I got was a return form. So at this stage, I hope at least I get something from them.
This was answered on the same day, proving that this is not a bad company at all. I haven't yet received my goods and I am looking forward to them. Thank you for the reply.

We’ve just seen your review and have looked into what happened with your messages.
We recently changed our customer support email address to hello@mbcosplay.shop, and unfortunately we’ve discovered that there was an issue with the new address syncing correctly with our main inbox. This meant that a number of customer emails were not being seen by our support team as they came in.
We’re genuinely sorry that your messages were among those missed. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to repeatedly try to contact us without receiving a response.
Your order has been dispatched and tracking information was sent by email. We absolutely weren’t intentionally ignoring your cancellation request, and we’re really sorry that the email issue gave that impression.
