Items arrived damaged and insurance is…

Items arrived damaged and insurance is for nothing.
The service is expensive and I paid extra for insurance. But they are not responsive for the insurance claims, dragging things for two months.
I asked for insurance information multiple times, but all attempts failed. Now I seriously doubt that they actually purchased one.

We would like to clarify that our "Enhanced Cover" is a professional service we provide directly to protect our customers, and we take our responsibility to resolve these claims very seriously.

Two months is far too long for you to be waiting for a clear update or information regarding your claim. We would like to escalate this immediately to ensure you receive the responsiveness and transparency you deserve.

Please contact the branch manager at Cheltenham directly, or email our head office support team with your tracking and claim reference numbers so we can prioritise a resolution for you.

Very Poor Customer Service

I sent a small box to my daughter in Washington DC (USA) that contained 4 boxes granola and some tee shirts to give to family members. At the counter, the box was opened to make sure the contents were as described. They checked to see if there would be any no customs restrictions and was advised it could be sent. The box cost £87 with FedEx and it was expected to be delivered at the end of November 2025. It never cleared customs and was returned to the UK 2 weeks ago. It sat around in MailBox Etc for a week and I was not contacted. I only found out when I went there to inquire about the long delay in the delivery. My complaint is that the manager should have contacted me and told me the package was returned. There is no excuse for poor customer service and I received no compensation after paying £87 for a service that was not fulfilled.

Unfortunately, the parcel was returned by US Customs due to specific FDA requirements for the contents, which is a process outside of our direct control.
