Professionally and securely packaged
I contacted MBE to arrange for an auction lot to be collected and posted to me. I asked for an estimate before the auction, and knowing that this was possible, I went ahead with bidding and won the auction.
All communication was prompt and relevant. My item was wrapped securely and professionally, with no risk whatsoever of damage in transit. The receipt from the auction was also included in the box, which I hadn't thought to check about and ask for.
I hadn't known about MBE before, but would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. Thank you.

I've been using Mailboxes across the UK for many years to collect & post auction lots. Usually, to be honest, its an expensive lactlustre experience. One of the downsides is the inevitable collection of bubblewrap & other plastics I'm left with to take in bulk to the tip. This latest parcel from MBE Chichester is a game changer. They were fair on the price & it was an unexpected & very nice surprise that all of the packing materials can be re-used & recycled, all of it!! not even sellotape. They packed thoughtfully & thoroughly. I just wish every branch was doing the same, well done Chichester

Novice courier user who needed help
I needed to get an important document to my son quickly as he had been travelling the world and required hard copy paperwork to enable him to start a job in Canada. I had to coordinate with his arrival into New York. Having never used a courier service before I went to Mail Boxes ETC in Chichester early on Monday morning. Judy helped me through the process (in fact did everything for me!) and the letter arrived in NYC the following afternoon! I also sent some personal bits to his Canada address and they arrived within 4 days! I had a couple of questions waiting for timing updates and Judy was in touch promptly and extremely reassuring. I can’t recommend MBE highly enough and am very grateful to Judy and the team.
