Mail Boxes Etc. did an outstanding job. The staff, especially Philippine, was incredibly helpful and very friendly. My laptop was at the lost and found office at Bordeaux airport, and I had already returned to the United States. Mail Boxes Etc. retrieved my laptop, packed it, and shipped it without any issues. They even checked to ensure that the laptop was successfully delivered. They responded quickly and did an exceptional job. I highly recommend their services!!! David

The package was placed at a drop spot almost 2 kilometers from my house and most of the roads inside the city center are not drivable. The box should've been dropped to a closer location. Now I must collect this order on foot...

Very good customer service. When I had a question they responded very quickly. We were surprised though that the wine we ordered from different vineyards came in one shipment.

All my packages are with with value.
They pack my items the best way and we look together which service we are going to use!
Also they can pick up your items at your business adress if you are stuck in office!
The are really a good flexible partner to work with!

MBE Marseille claim that the average handlingtime is 8 working days. However, in reality it took almost one month after I paid their bill before they packed and despatched a small painting. I suppose they are lacking capacity and professionality. Communication is also not their strongest point

Complete lack of information on the shipment. Impossible to select a time slot.
I stayed at home the whole day but the parcel was not delivered on the date shown on their website.
The courier showed up the next day. The driver refused to bring the parcel to the door of my house (ground floor) and dropped it (an artwork) on the pavement in the street.
It was pouring with rain. My wife had to lift and carry the parcel, which was wide and quite heavy, by herself. This is unacceptable.

Totally incompetent and expensive delivery service- avoid!

Grat service by MBE Brest , they have responded emediately to pick up my lot in auction house in Brest.
Next day already packed and shipped by UPS.
I recommend strongly !!!!! TOP !

I forgot my suits in a hotel closet in France, but it was very easy to send instructions via email:

They picked up my clothes around a week later for $40 and delivered everything in a box a few days later via UPS air mail for $70.

Highly recommended, this was fairly quick and very painless, they made it very easy!

Had a very good experience with MBE Chartres, they are very friendly and responsive and they ship quickly like promised with UPS which is excellent.

They made me an offer for the transport which I paid and they took the money and then I never heard of them again; They don't answer my frequent requests for info or mails; They just ignore me; If I write a mail for an other offer the respond but not when I ask them what happened to the transport

The worst experience ever Requested shipping quote, accepted and made apyment. After 9 days they say I should pay more. I have all the corrsponndence and payment proofs. I use logistic services regularly but never had such horrible attitude.
