I was hesitated to buy this because I only saw in FB. But I really need to change the temperature from C to F since I use Fahrenheit (US) and the dealership here cannot change it since my MB came from Canada. I gave it a try, and guess what. I changed/ modified plenty of feature in my MB, more than I can think of. Two of the feature did not work and worried that I will not resolve it. Rokas and Lukas was so quick to respond and help. They resolve the issue. I highly recommend this if you are an MB owner, this is really cool! I wish they can make one for Audi.

Mbito is really a Mercedes Benz transformation experience and the support team are so professional and trustworthy. They do care and value their customers.

Had a small issue with a delivery which was sorted quickly and efficiently by the guys at Mbito, I was kept up to date on what was happening at every step, couldn't fault the product or the customer service excellent

I ordered the MBito dongle for my new Mercedes after seeing multiple ads for it. Every advertised coding for my car model worked perfectly. One little problem I've had was resolved within 10 minutes by the live chat with the support.
My favourites: Back seat belt warning disabling and start-stop memory function.

Would buy again 10/10!

I Requested a Feature update for my vehicle and was advised by the support team Rokus and Lukas that it can be added. However after only receiving one response from each person,thats where the conversation ended with me requesting follow up on progress with no response at all.
The Device itself i dont have any problem with as it does what I want it to besides the price tag to activate features,taking into consideration the money I paid already for the actual device.

But yeah support team and after sales service is pathetic. If you can avoid then by all means do.

Very good and very nice device for your benz, tried it little now 10min after i got the device and i LOVE IT! Easy to understand and fun thing to change these things that you want to have or not to have like lights or seatbelt sounds etc!

Bought so I could activate Andriod Auto nothing in the menu plus you need to pay to buy means of credit, each option needs to be activated at additional cost . I got robbed. Useless bit of kit. False advertising, The fact u pay device & then pay additionally to add features is a big con. Pointless usless device.

I ordered a MBito and my experience was excellent as the shipping was done on time

I've asked twice in chat about activating Android Auto with MBito in my Mercedes. I've sent my VIN number and photos of the display, but I haven't received a response. I was informed that a response would arrive within 48 hours, but after that time, I haven't received a response, and the entire chat conversation has disappeared. I believe that this company, which claims to be credible, is just another scammer trying to extort money by selling a worthless product to unsuspecting customers.

I got it for my A Class and everything worked perfectly! I am all the way in South East Asia and I got mine delivered via DHL express in less than 3 days.

Ordered one for my 2015 CLS350D, disappointed from first use, on simulator shows that I will be able to activate CarPlay, analogue screen, and many more, and nothing was there, + I paid from my credits to activate some options and didn't happen anything. Just a scam with a cheap OBDI reader from China, probably cost 5£.
Total scam!

MBito arrived within two business days. Plugged it into a 2014 MB E250 Facelift. (W212 Estate AMG Bluetech). Everything worked as advertised and I was able to apply all the offered upgrades. It’s very easy to use tool and yes, one does need to purchase tokens for some upgrades but that is made clear on the purchase web site. Only feature that did not work on my car was the radio head unit logo change but the web site does say that its version dependant so thats fair enough. Otherwise, everything offered on the Menu worked without issues.

I bought this company's product and it worked amazingly well. This product gave me the ability to customize my Mercedes in ways I was not able to before. I had a question and reached out to support, who were very helpful. I have recommended this product to my friends who own Mercedes'

Very good experience especially with the Technical support team. As my car is a W205 C350e, I tried the AMG Menu feature but because the hybrid isn't supported, the display had removed the Hybrid details. When I approached tech support, the immediately got to work and introduced an additional Troubleshooting button for me to revert to the original settings within a few days.
Verh happy with the product as it does as advertised.

These people are scammers. They charge for upgrades which are completely free within the engineering menu of the car and easy to access. Some of the features dont work the dongle doesnt pick up all faults. I have an issue with the tv in the car where its not working yet the mbito can't pick up the fault? Don't waste your money on this you can buy something alot better for cheaper or yhr same price

Bought Mbito to diagnose my Mercedes, fast shipping easy to use application, everything works like it should, worth the price, best thing is that you can unlock hidden features,would reccomend!
