8 Jan 2026. Took 14 year old Mercedes A Class car in for a check re oil level sensor fault. Received great advice from Dave. Advised to have any work done at next service to save cost. I do recommend this garage. They will collect and return your car. Was advised to prebook at least 4 weeks in advance as they are very busy.
Having taken my AMG to MBZ Autos many times to service & upgrade my cars always received accurate advice to any issues with my car as AMG’s need special attention and correct parts of which David & Co offers here. He has a long history of Mercedes but can be very busy because of his popularity hence call and book in asap

Avoid MBZ Auto at all costs. I went in to get my car’s AC recharged and was charged £114, but the technician didn’t put any refrigerant in the system. I told him the AC wasn’t blowing cold air, but he claimed the compressor was faulty and that there was nothing more he could do.
The next day, I went to a different shop to double-check. They confirmed there was no gas in the system at all, meaning MBZ Auto never did the job. When I returned with clear proof, the technician refused to offer a refund or redo the service. No solution, no accountability. Just took the money and dismissed me.
My AC works fine after the second garage added refrigerant!
Totally unprofessional and dishonest. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
