I placed an order and wanted to return part of it. After contacting customer support, I received a list of phone numbers for different countries, but the number provided for Romania does not work at all.
I followed up by email to explain the issue, but I never received any reply.
At this point, I am unable to proceed with my return because of the lack of proper support. Poor communication and no real assistance from customer service
