Made a 500 euro order at mcc on 4.sep and got my packages 18 okt. The information during the process was not that great. Worst of all was that 4 different items was missing when I finally got my order. After contacting MCC two times I did still not hear anything about refund or if they ship the missing items.
Be careful when you order from MCC you may not get what you pay for.
Also they took the money from my account 40 days before shipping the packages.

I ordered a single item from Mcc-shop (toaster) over four months ago. After an initial delay I had to contact them in order to be told it was out of stock. A month later i was told it was back in stock and they would send it. Bit it still has not arrived. It's now too late to use the PayPal guarantee as so much time has passed. I have emailed customer service and various people at the company 5 times with absolutely no response.
So I am out of pocket and mcc-shop will not communicate. I have never had such a bad experience dealing with an Internet company before. Avoid.

I can strongly recomend this Shop! It was the best price in the internet and it takes only 5 days to ship around the world. The people over there are verry friendly.

I bought an MyCook Mixer and PaccoJet and i saved around 20 percent to other shops. Also i got both products next day. Some questions i had after unpacking were solved in a minute trough a verry nice woman at the Telephone....

The delivery time was way longer than promised, the shipping fee went through the roof in the end (Got 2 seperate billings for the shipping) and the products looked plastic and cheap, somethiing you couldn't tell from the photo on the website. I was btw. ordering from Europe and this is a German shop, changed suppliers to a Chinese company and they have better shipping time, better prices and better customer service. FROM CHINA!
