Pinarello Most Stem
Purchased a stem that was missing a compression wedge. I called McConveys to let them know and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They sent the missing wedge immediately by Special Delivery and I received it the next day. That’s customer service from a bygone era 🙌🏼

Amazing service
These guys were the only place in the world I could find the bike I wanted! From the first time I spoke with Conor to the last time I spoke with James they could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, bike was shipped in 24hrs and I received constant updates.
I really can't rate these guys highly enough. As I'm writing this review I got a call from Eammon, checking all had arrived in working order! Says it all really.

£10.00 postage for something that weighs less than 200g should only have been £3 at the most.
