Bought two Sealey socket sets and a few hand tools. All delivered fast and the tools were a lot cheaper than anywhere else.

I had a terrible experience with customer service at this location. The representative was incredibly rude, constantly interrupting me and even telling me to “shut my mouth” when I tried to express my concerns. It’s clear that they don’t listen to their customers, and I felt disrespected throughout the entire interaction.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please be cautious about where you choose to spend your hard-earned money—you deserve much better customer service than what I experienced here.

I ordered a couple of storage boxes and although they were really well packaged, one was damaged on delivery. After letting them know a replacement was in the post. McCormick tools are definitely top tier.

Using Mccormicktools for the first time this week.

Slight miss pick on my order - i contacted them and they send out the missing tool straight away.

Astounded at the speed of this company.
First time I have ever bought anything from this company and how impressed I am with the service received, ordered on an evening and my item was out for dispatch with the courier the next day, and they have really low prices on brand name tools.
I certainly will be ordering from them again, well done for a 1st class service, and I almost forgot free delivery on orders as well.

Recently ordered two very small handtools from McCormick for the first time. I was surprised that they offered free delivery for any order over £10 and with hindsight I would willingly have paid a delivery charge to avoid the hassle which ensued. Firstly having entered the Billing address I ticked a box to say "Deliver to the same address" but the address was not copied in full. This is a complicated address in a business park and the omission of the business name makes accurate delivery very difficult as people in other buildings are not going to know my personal name, so this computer problem needs sorted. Secondly they use a courier which at best is not well adapted to non domestic deliveries and I think is a very poor choice for a tool company. I phoned MCormick to ask them to add the business name and make sure that our building was on the address, and was answered by a very impatient lady who claimed I had entered the wrong address. Eventually she agreed to add the information I requested but now that I have the parcel I see that she did not do so; perhaps it was too late. They have a good stock and would provide a good service if there was a more efficient delivery system and more responsive customer service. From now on I will be checking who the courier is before ordering from any company.
As predicted, the parcel went astray, but I will save the details for my review of the courier.
I was also concerned by the packaging; a soft box with a wad of brown paper in it and the two small tools lying in the bottom. The delivery driver had broken the box I think by forcing it through a letter box (they delivered between 7 and 9 in the evening to business premises!) and it is a miracle that the tools had not fallen out.

This is the first time I order from this company. I saw some useful tools on their website so I decided to give it a try. The stuffs I order arrived on time, very well packed and in good order. Very good service. I will buy from this company again no doubt.

Bought a Draper boarder fork from them but unknowingly there was a difference between a boarder fork and a garden fork. I used the photos provided to choose the right fork which I was looking for. The picture showed a fork with sharp roundish points(forks) and longish. When delivered it turned out to be completely different to the picture. Although I didn’t know the difference between a boarder and garden fork but their photo of it was the right one should have told me I was looking at the wrong thing. I called the company where a lady called Carolyn answered and she insisted they send me what I ordered. This lady was very rude and not helpful at all. She said I could return the fork at my own expense which is what I objected as I had been send an item not as illustrated. I will be pursuing my story with Trading Standards. It turned out this company if an Ebayer hence the crookish way of deceiving customers. I wish I could put the two pictures here for your own judgement. I feel deceived and bullied by that lady. She even called me silly in our conversation. What a poor customer service.

Mccormicktools apologised and immediately sent replacement. Can't fault their service. However the saw is awful.

Fantastic products at excellent prices. Impressed with the service I received considering the current situation. Ordered gardening tools and gloves- order was dispatched quickly and was well packaged.

Terrific price for Hycote paint and delivery was very reasonable and very prompt.

A few months back, I bought a 12 pack of Marigold Industrial G43Y Yellow Latex Gloves, which have by far outlasted any others that I have purchased elsewhere. I was very satisfied with the price, & the service from this company is excellent, in fact...... I'm so pleased........ that I ordered another pack yesterday!

Ten days from order to delivery, not fast but not a problem.

Found Mccormickstools via a link while looking at another site. Decided to be nosey and see what they had to offer. They have a comprehensive range of goods, with prices to match. Delivery is reasonable and fast. I ordered White Primer Spray instead of White Plastic Primer Spray and my mistake was rectified with one phone call. Very friendly staff and all in all very good shopping experience. Will be shopping with them again methinks.
