We decided to go “high end” in the hope that quality and service would justify the price. We were absolutely wrong! Within months of spending thousands of $’s on custom couches we had mechanical issues. We were baited into getting the “service plan” and thought all would be fixed. But of course the service company pointed to McCreery’s and vice versa. Now the motor for our recliner (which is stuck in the open position - real classy!) has been on order for months. Crickets from the staff at the store- no followup and constant regret every time I walk into my living room. Do yourself a favor- save a ton of money and go to Lazyboy. McCreery’s is NOT worth it!

Honest family retailer of high end furnishings.. I've been a customer of McCreery's for over 10 years and have bought furniture for multiple rooms in my house.

Not only do they have a great staff that knows the product, they back up their product with an excellent service department.

I had a battery pack go out on my motion recliner after a few months and they sent out a tech and replaced the battery no charge.

McCreery's is the last place in Sacramento to find quality home furnishings and I hope this never changes..

I am here at trustpilot.com to let you all that "McCreery's Home Furnishings" is a great home furnishing store all over Sacramento. I have purchase home furniture for my two location. I bought a home in Sacramento and for that I browsed Google for purchasing good looking and value for money furniture. I checked a few stores websites as well. I talked to my friend Alien who is living near to my house. He told me about McCreery's Store. I personally visited this store and very impressed. They have a lot of choices for living rooms, kitchen and bath room. Here I am not able to upload some pictures how my house looks now. Staff is very helpful and kind heart. They also helped me to choose the best furniture.
