From start to finish, an excellent service. Katie and the sales staff were very knowledgeable and gave us valued advice. The two fitters were great, very professional and very flexible. I highly recommend this family business and will use again in the future.

i like there food and the service are good

We have been doing some remodeling on our home, and April has been so great to work with. She came to our house so that she could see our taste (which she named Rustic Chic), and I trust her to give us great suggestions, which she does! We have completed two bathrooms, re-carpeted upstairs and basement, and remodeled the kitchen. She is so great to work with. So responsive, so professional, and so friendly. This will always be our go to store - because of April.

We could hardly wait to see the new flooring we had chosen for our kitchen dining area. The team of four men worked all day , each one knowing their part in the precision of making the final result of exactness and beauty. They were so pleasant to have around, and left everything so clean and neat. You knew they were happy with their job, as they would break out into singing occasionally. We are going to carpet the rest of our home, and have asked for the same team of four to do the job.

McDonald Carpet One got my business two new carpet installations a couple of years apart. Their selection was high quality, included pet-friendly options and was competitively priced. My representative was very helpful in the selection process, and in the preparation. In both installations, everything was done on time as planned and very professionally. The second install I was given advance heads up that my stairs may need some work in order to take the carpet well. We were able to do that work quickly and at a totally reasonable cost (outside) and complete the carpet install within just a few extra days. And it made a huge difference. Everything looks great and was installed expertly!

Tracey and the whole team at McDonald Carpet One were great to work with. They communicated quickly, efficiently, and even went so far as to call us to confirm that the color that came in on a natural wool (Undyed) carpet would suit our tastes as it differed slightly from the swatch. And the price was completely reasonable. I’d definitely recommend them.

I have used McDonald Carpet One Floor and Home for over 17 years. Carpets, blinds and flooring. Each time I have worked with April and have had outstanding customer service. The installers have also been excellent and very professional.

My washing machine flooded my house and McDonald Carpet One was my insurance agent's recommended contractor. They were great to work with, with very skilled and personable floor and tile guys coming out over the course of 5 months worth of repairs.

They made sure it was done right and were quick to fix anything I pointed out that wasn't quite right. I'd like to see them err on the side of over-communicating, rather than under-communicating. I felt that could be a key area of improvement for them.

I couldn't be more pleased. The installation took only three days - that included removing carpeting throughout, a parquet entry flooring, kitchen and bathroom vinyl. Mr. McDonald advised me of sale prices on the engineered hardwood which saved me over $1.000.00, His employees were fast, efficient and worked well together. They cleaned up afterwards and left nothing for me to do. Mr. McDonald checked their work every day so nothing was left to chance. My floors are beautiful!
